The house was very clean. The Beach view from the porch was wonderful. The stove and ice machine were not working. Contacted the rental company and they were sending someone to repair both. Otherwise the house was a great layout for 11 adults and 4 kids. Would definitely recommend this house. Looking to book it again next May.

We’ll take a closer look at how this is presented in the listing to make sure it’s as clear as possible for future guests, and we’ll also review the mattresses for potential updates. We’re glad to hear you found the home clean and well-equipped in the kitchen. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love the opportunity to welcome you back for an even more comfortable stay next time!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family! The layout was great with all of the different bedrooms! We loved the icemaker/wine fridge/wet bar area. It was also great to have a mini fridge on the third floor! The elevator made unloading and reloading all of our luggage a breeze. This house has the best view of all of the houses that we have stayed in in this neighborhood. Beach access was close and so was pool access!. We would love to stay here again! Communication with the property manager was easy and we received lots of messages and updates to keep us informed of check-in and check out procedures.Thank you for providing a wonderful place to stay for our favorite week of the year!

This truly made our day—thank you so much for such a kind and thoughtful review! We’re so happy to hear your family had such a special week and that the house checked all the boxes for you. It sounds like you really made the most of everything—from the views to the little extras like the wet bar and mini fridge 😊 We’re especially glad the elevator made things easier (those arrival and departure days can be a lot!), and that the location worked out perfectly for both the beach and the pool. And hearing that this is your favorite week of the year? That means the world to us. It was a pleasure having you, and we’d absolutely love to welcome you back anytime. Thanks again for choosing our home!

We had a great stay at this home with a group of 8 adults. The home is beautiful and there is so much space. We liked that each couple had their own room with a king sized bed and bathroom. The beach was a quick walk across the street and the neighborhood is so safe and well maintained. I had read prior reviews that the home is a little dated - it was. But that’s ok! I would rather stay in a comfortable home that’s a little dated than worry about ruining a perfectly put together home. On the downside the floors were a little dirty. That did not take away from our enjoyment!

This house needs some updating. It’s very worn. The outside furniture cushions were so dirty. The tile in the house needs some extreme cleaning or replacement. The rooms are large but the furniture is worn and some broken. The bedroom on the main floor needs a chair. The internet and tv’s were in and out - had to keep resetting everything. However, we traveled with 8 adults and 6 kids and we had plenty of room really enjoyed the pool table and so are table. The subdivision pool is nice but sometimes overcrowded. The walk to the beach was short and the private beach is so nice. We had issues with the ice machine but were given bags of ice to get us through. The house had a great grill, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. But renters beware - you cannot have any tents or personal umbrella’s. We had 3 - 2 year olds and we put up a small 2 foot high tent under our umbrella and were told to remove it immediately. This is extreme - this HOA doesn’t want your kids to have any sun protection. For this reason we probably won’t rent here again.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad your group enjoyed the spacious layout, game room, private beach access, and well-equipped kitchen. We appreciate your comments regarding the home's condition and amenities and are continually working to make improvements. We also apologize for the ice maker issue and were happy to provide ice during your stay. For future guests, please note that beach equipment rules, including restrictions on tents and personal umbrellas, are established and enforced by the HOA and beach service provider, not the property owner. Thank you again for staying with us.

We enjoyed our stay overall. One of the main reasons we chose this home was the elevator, as our grandfather is in his 80s and unable to climb stairs. Unfortunately, it was not working on the day we arrived. While the property manager checked on it while we were out at dinner and let us know it was fixed, it stopped working again on the third day. This created a significant inconvenience, especially since several members of our group have knee and leg issues.Had we known there were ongoing problems with the elevator, we would have chosen a different place to stay. When an elevator is a key feature particularly for older guests it’s a major concern if it isn’t functioning.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad you enjoyed your time at the home overall, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration caused by the elevator issue. As soon as we were informed that it had stopped working on the third day, we contacted the vendor right away. Unfortunately, the earliest they could come out was Friday. While this was beyond our control, the elevator has since been fully repaired and is now functioning properly. We know how important this feature is for families, and we take situations like this very seriously. We always strive to ensure everything is in top condition, and we genuinely regret the inconvenience during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future under smoother circumstances.

Had a Great Time

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. Nice change was a new main refrigerator. There were a couple of bathroom sinks that never drained properly and some of the furniture could use an update, but we had a great time at the house and of course the amazing view and close access directly to the beach.
