Great getaway

We booked a last minute weekend getaway and this property was awesome! The property was clean and the beds were so comfortable! The beach gear was a great addition and made our beach days so convenient! We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location with direct beach access. As our first trip to Siesta Key, it definitely won’t be our last!

Lovely place for my small family. We loved to be able to walk to the beach mutilple times a day. Great location! Parking is tight so try to car pool if you can. Kitchen is small but has everything you need. Bathroom could use a vent to ventilate as it was very humid in there after a shower. The shower head is ok for us but can be a challenge for a tall person but nothing that you can't deal with for the location and convenient beach access. Would definitely return to this place if I ever come back to Siesta Keys. 9/10. (Would be 10/10 if bathroom had a vent).

Quick getaway

Perfect local for a quick beach getaway. The location was ideal for beach and village bars/restaurants. Very clean inside! Would stay there again.

Great stay!

We were very satisfied with our stay! Our only area of feedback is the bathroom faucet and shower head need to be deep cleaned, and the shower isnt meant for tall people. Worked well for us!

Perfect Oasis

Nice property, great location

Our family had an amazing time. The condo had everything we needed. It's a 2-3 minute walk down a pretty trail to gorgeous siesta key Beach. The water was spectacular and surf fishing was abundant. We enjoyed walking about a half mile to siesta key village to visit restaurants and shops in the evenings.

Great Beachside Condo

Everything went very well for us during our 8-day stay during the Sarasota Jazz Festival. Anything we needed that was not initially provided was taken care of very quickly. Nice amount and quality of beach chairs and umbrellas. Very nice place just a short walk for the best beach in the USA!

Perfect location

On the beach and so close to town. This is a nice place.. the beds/linens are very nice. The couches are worn but okay. The location makes up for older furniture. Very clean

We loved staying here! The condo itself had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Especially loved all of the amenities for the beach, like umbrellas, chairs, coolers and carts. A nice very short walk through pathway from the condo to the beach. A short drive to amazing restaurants, shops and fun things to do. We will be back!

The property had everything that we needed, and the Altez agency people were very helpful in assisting us with the Roku and Hulu (we have always had cable so this was all new to us.)

Beautiful siesta key condo

My husband and I stayed here for the second week of our honeymoon and it was perfect! The check in process was so easy, we even were running half a day late and got in at 1am and had no issues at all. Beautiful spacious clean condo with all the amenities you need. Right on the beach just a short walk down a path to the beach, no real view of the beach from the balcony due to trees but the trees provide a sense of privacy that we loved, Will definitely stay here again!

Great Price for Stay in Siesta!

The place was clean upon arrival and loved the wine as a welcome gift! The beds are very comfortable. The house is beachfront behind a wooded area, about a two minute trail walk to the beach. Siesta Key Village is approximately a 10 minute walk away. The house sits in the main road, so if you’re sensitive to cars passing it may be something to consider but was overall a wonderful place and a decent price. We plan to be back!
