This updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a twin over full bunk bed, and a newly updated queen sleeper sofa. It features slope views from the private balcony. It also has an updated kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located in River Run Village, you’re just steps away from the high-speed gondola, shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. Black Bear Lodge also offers shared amenities including a sauna and hot tub, and access to Dakota Lodge pool and hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features new couches, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. For extra sleeping arrangements, there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra sheets and blankets in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony that features beautiful ski slope and seating for guests to enjoy.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features granite counters, new hardwood floors, new cabinets, stove-top burners, and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The bedroom features a king sized bed with ultra premium linens and a TV with a DVD + VHS player. Enjoy ski slope views from the bedroom window. The remodeled master bathroom has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed and two dressers for ample storage. The full-sized guest bathroom features a standing shower, new flooring, and granite countertops.

*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older.

It was ok.

It's too bad these management companies/owners have no desire to inspect their units BEFORE guests arrive. There were multiple issues with this unit, some were fixed after reported, some were too far gone to fix expediently. - The garbage disposal was broken. - There were no screens on the second bedroom windows... in the summer with no AC having windows open is a necessity. Our son was eaten alive by mosquitos. - The drain plug on the master shower was completely broken. - There is no regular oven in this unit. Only a small electric stove and a convection microwave.

Pleasant unit in River Run

Very pleasant unit in River Run. Nice square footage where the four of us didn't feel like we were on top of each other the whole time. Very little noise from adjacent units. Only issue was construction going on blocking the porch view, but that is not the fault of the property managers for this unit. Would definitely book again if we were in the area.

It is a nice relaxing week with cooler temperatures and plenty of sunshine in the summer months. Pool and hot tub area is always inviting. Grills and social areas are a plus. The bedroom that was supposed to have 2 beds next to each other at the same level with night-stand in-between was not there. Instead was an up and down bunk bed. This was not what was advertised in the listing.Before I made the reservation, I searched many different listings for a room with 2 side by side beds. NOT UP AND DOWN BUNKS!!!!This was not acceptable. But, we were trapped.... we had no choice.I immediately called and made a complaint.-The kitchen was a little small for 4 adults. Bathrooms were set up well.Balcony was a nice bonus, except for all the construction going on.Disappointed that the hot tub was not available to use.Elevator worked well. Parking garage was easy to use, even with a big vehicle like mine.-Obviously I am upset with the wrong advertising of that room. It upsets me also with the reservation management, that they didn't catch this beforehand.

A Mighty Fine Place

Perfect size four our 4-person ski group. GREAT location with an outstanding view. The well equipped kitchen made meals easy. We will stay here next time, if it's available.

Spacious, clean, great location

One of our favorite units we've stayed at in Keystone! Everything was clean and you could tell they had done some nice updating. We had plenty of space and the kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed...even had extra towels and blankets for the beds. Easy walk to the main gondola. Quiet at night. Summit gave lots of info and made the whole process super easy. Definitely would stay here again!

Almost perfect

We loved this condo and would book again, my only two complaints is the door to the patio wouldn’t open which is a reason we booked it we like to sit outside and watch skiers come down the mountain. Also the carpet is dirty and needs a deep clean.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
