A wonderful stay

Incredible property, incredible location!

my wife and I took our four teenage kids for a week to this property. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Great location, close to fantastic beaches, restaurants and the view was unbeatable. Sunsets from the back patio will be a highlight for many years to come!

Great location

Property was great with the view. Layout of the house was perfect. Concierge was also great, sometimes a bit hard to get ahold of but replies and information was great. Only suggestion for the owner of the house is to get more water pressure in the showers.

Excellent rental home.

We stayed here for 5 nights in July and it was excellent! The property was very clean and it was very easy to communicate with the property managers. The house was as advertised and in excellent condition. I would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic Views at Mar Vista

Our stay at Mar Vista was absolutely amazing. Our family of six stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025. The home was super clean, everything worked, it had everything we needed to cook our own meals each day, and we all loved being in the pool or on the patio reading, playing games, eating, etc... Playa Flamingo and Playa Conchal were short drives from the house and we went to the beach every day. An amazing house that we would stay at again in a heartbeat. We had so much fun at the actual house that we didn't even go to the community pool or use any of the community ammenities. I'm sure they were great. It was great to be in a gated community with security guards and everything too so we didn't worry about being safe.

The home was perfect for this family of five. The outdoor space with views of the ocean were much enjoyed. The home’s location made for easy drives to multiple beach spots.

Lovely house in Mar Vista

We stayed 4 night here...the house was lovely. Beds/pillows were comfortable and linens were nice. House was well stocked with amenities and kitchen/bath necessities. There were chairs and towels provided for the beach which was a nice a surprise. The neighborhood felt very safe as there is a guarded gate entrance. We would definitely stay here again! Super comfortable! As mentioned in previous reviews the concierge was helpful but a bit hard to get a hold of prior to our stay...on day of checkin I still hadn't heard from anyone regarding checkin details or address of the house even though I had messaged the day prior. We finally did get a response a few hours before checkin and everything went smoothly after that. They were very responsive once we made first contact.

Wonderful property and amazing sunsets

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mar Vista. The house is very modern and the layout is great; with the kitchen/dining/living leading out to the covered patio space and infinity pool. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms very nice (including sunken shower in master bedroom). The infinity pool and restaurant at the main building of the gated community were both excellent too. Would absolutely stay again.

Great introduction to Costa Rica

Home and grounds were beautifully maintained. The Infiniti pool and rear yard was so inviting. Extremely clean home with washer and dryer. Definitely would recommend and will come back.

An Oasis

Ideal location for 2 couples in Costa Rica. Fabulous view, well equipped kitchen and lovely space. Really enjoyed the outdoor space and with the heat, grateful for the plunge pool. Highlight was watching the amazing sunsets every evening. Vehicle needed to get around. Amazing beaches and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

20th Anniversary Getaway

2 Couples, both celebrating our 20th anniversaries, enjoyed this amazing house on a recent trip. The host Alex couldn't have been more helpful and the house was everything it looked like on the site. The pool was amazing, the kitchen stocked with cooking equipment and the view was amazing. Can't say enough great things about this place and this host. Alex fed us information about the location and the surrounding options for entertainment and while our stay was too short, it was a great way to celebrate! Pura Vida

Amazing Property and Service!

We absolutely loved this house, it had everything we needed, view was incredible, beautiful home inside and out, very comfortable beds as well! Alexa was the absolute BEST! I had so many questions and she answered me immediately every time and was so kind. She even went out of her way by assisting us with our car and taking us to see some monkeys!

Family vacation - wonderful location!

First time visitors to Costa Rica, and we had a lovely time. This house is located in a gated community and was beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked, and there was a market about 8 minutes away. There were pool towels available. The house was beautiful and pool was amazing. The property managers were very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend this house!

Winter Getaway

This was our fourth family trip to Costa Rica. The house was perfect for our family of 4. The house was easy to get to and a 2 minute drive to the beach and the town. The pool was relaxing and the patio area was perfect for outdoor dining. The concierge service (Kelly and Olber) with Blue Water Properties really made the trip stress free. They helped us with all our questions and needs. We were able to rent a car, schedule adventures, and have groceries delivered to the house.

Amazing Stay, Could Not Have Been Better!

The house is stunning, decor beautiful, layout of the rooms - perfect. We had a magical stay and honestly did not want to leave. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. Beach/pool towels, beach chairs and umbrella, small cooler, everything! The views of Brasilito Bay were gorgeous to wake up to and even prettier in the evening as the sun sets. The air-conditioning worked great. There is truly nothing negative or critical to say about this property. We loved it and will be back!

Casa de los Suenos - what a great place

The Casa de los Suenos is a great house for families and multiple couples (the third bedroom, as seen in the pictures, is bunk beds). We found it very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the multiple living areas of the house, like the multiple dining areas and the outside seating areas. Knowing it would be warm, we also spent a lot of time in the pool to relax. The team was great in their communication and provided all the information before our arrival. It is located within a gated community and offers hiking paths, a tennis court and a community pool in addition to the house pool. Also in the community is Gracia Mar Vista, a wonderful restaurant with great food options if you don't want to venture out.

Wonderful family vacation in Costa Rica!

This was our first visit to Costa Rica and we had a wonderful time! The house was very clean and comfortable… it was very nice to get a mid-week cleaning included with our visit. Alexa was super helpful in answering all of our questions - she helped arrange a rental car and schedule an ATV tour, gave us some dining recommendations… we really appreciated her assistance! Cooked two great meals at home - the fish market in Brasilito is not to be missed and we enjoyed fresh mahi and red snapper, shrimp… so good! The entire family enjoyed the pool and our only suggestion might be to trim the bushes a little more so you can take in the gorgeous view while floating in the pool. Overall an amazing vacation and we hope to return one day soon!

Beautiful Home Nestled in the Hills

Our family enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay at Casa De Los Suenos. The home was perfect for our family of 4 from the moment you walk through the front door. Our daughters enjoyed swimming in the infinity pool daily and we enjoyed the view of Playa Flamingo. The house was well equipped with all of our needs and was extremely comfortable and clean. Alexandra was very responsive and helped when we needed assistance with something at the house. The area is beautiful and safe including onsite security. We also enjoyed there was an alarm system for when we left the house. Overall we would recommend this rental and really enjoyed living the Pura Vida!

Beautiful

We visited this location at the end of March for a week long vacation. The home layout is perfect for two couples- bedrooms at either end of the home each with access to the lanai and pool area. From here you have amazing views of the Pacific in the morning to enjoy coffee and beautiful views of the sunset in the evening. The home is in a gated community. It was very clean and had all the needed items in the kitchen for preparing breakfast and other meals. But with so many great ocean front restaurants nearby you’ll never need to use them! A very enjoyable stay during our first visit to Costa Rica. You will not be disappointed with this property.

Gorgeous house, amazing location, great amenities

Tucked in a gorgeous gated community that overlooks several beaches, this well-kept property will not disappoint! It’s really beautiful-all the little touches are done right and it’s really kept up as well as any rental home/condo we’ve ever stayed at. There’s also a ton of great beaches and restaurants nearby. The management team was very thorough and responsive- the only note we would have is that as guests we thought we should be notified when workers would be arriving to do their jobs. It was a bit disconcerting to be less dressed and see a pool worker 15” away unannounced or come back after a few hours to this remote space and find a worker on a cycle on his phone not letting us know his purpose for being there. Aside from that, totally amazing time and place.
