This area remains peaceful & quiet even in high season due to the undeveloped mangrove adjacent to the Palms. Only 32 Villas on property but rich in amenities incl. an adult pool, Infiniti pool with bar, gym, BBQ, Paddle and Boogie Boards, snorkle, beach massages, private dining on beach, etc. Concierge to help with every need and gated security!

Within Villa, the decor is high end with a modern up to date feel. The wood in the kitchen is pachote wood, a gorgeous red wood that is native to the area. High end granite throughout the bathrooms and kitchen as well as marble floors. Incredible views out all windows which are floor to ceiling glass, which can fully open to the outside creating a seamless space from indoor to the beautiful surroundings. The Villa is fully stocked with paper products, spices, oils and coffee and shampoos to get you started. Unit 14 offers two sumptuously furnished bedrooms, each with its own luxe master bath and a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and top-of-the-line Sub-Zero and Viking appliances.

All interiors are outfitted with exquisite marble and solid hardwood flooring, as well as vaulted ceilings and crown molding, made with natural native materials and old-world craftsmanship.

Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) access allows for a direct connection to the outside world.

We want your vacation to be hassle free and memorable and will do all we can from a customer satisfaction standpoint to ensure this happens.

We are located on Playa Flamingo on a cove surrounded by multi million dollar homes on the north and south ridge. Phase 1 of the new Marina, north of play flamingo will bring some new restaurants, small yachts and shops to the area too. We are in a gated area on the beach with our own private 24 hour security guard. Added bonus of full time security staff to ensure that safety is a top priority for our guests.

We purchased this Villa in May 2021 so this is a new airbnb listing although we are not new Airbnb owners and are well accustomed to providing our guests with A+, 5 star service.
