My wife and I chose this condo for the features and the proximity to the village.

Heat wave on evening of arrival meant we needed the air conditioning. AC was non-functioning. Call to Vacasa customer service was efficient and maintenance very helpful, got the AC going, except it wasn’t working, woke up sweating and couldn’t breathe. I got maybe three hours sleep the first night.
First thing in morning, another call to maintenance and Vacasa customer service. Finally got AC working mid day took all second night to cool down. Second day, I was advised by Vacasa customer service that they needed into the condo a third time. To do something to the electric switch board.
This was our Anniversary for my wife and I. First opportunity for us to get away in three years, I told customer service, they Indicated I would be compensated $250 on my credit card. I reluctantly agreed.
I have not seen the compensation on my credit card.
Nice redecorating on the condo, but the mechanics were suffering.
Also, no hot water in shower, I let customer service know on last day, no comments were given to me.
Not a great experience.
I’m still waiting for the compensation of the $250.
