Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of one locked owners closet.



There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay.

Our condo offers easy access to scenic walking trails, the Monterra Golf Course, and breathtaking views of the Blue Mountain Ski Hills. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the community's seasonal outdoor pool during the summer months, and unwind in the hot tub throughout the year. The lively Blue Mountain Village, with its diverse shops and dining options, is just a stone's throw away, making it easy to explore the area.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Blue Mountain Village is just a 7-minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive away. For exploring further, downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both a convenient 10-15 minute drive. You'll find free parking available on the premises, with space for up to two vehicles per unit. Once you arrive, you can easily walk to many attractions within Blue Mountain Village.



Other Things to Note:

The seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub are public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.

Free parking spaces are limited to two vehicle per unit. Once you are here you can walk to a variety of spots in the Blue Mountain Village.
