Big house for big families located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta! Near the beach and Malecon!
Quiet and clean area, with security 24 hours a day.
This property is perfect for vacationing with your family or a big group of friends. It has everything you need to enjoy your vacations in Puerto Vallarta.
Costco, Soriana and La Comer a few steps from the house.
Close to Francisco Medina Ascencio Avenue and Vallarta Fluvial Avenue. You will find several restaurants and bars of good quality near the house.
Plaza Caracol, La Isla and Plaza Galerias very close to the house, as well as nightclubs such as Strana and La Santa.
Oxxo and Pharmacy in the corner of the house.
The house has 4 spacious bedrooms:

Our Vrbo stay in Puerto Vallarta

We were very happy with our accommodations. We couldn’t have asked for a better host as Carlos checked a number of times with us if everything was good - and it was. His mother even brought us a delicious cake that she had made for us. Everything was great!

We found the house to be exactly as described and the property owner, Carlos, was very responsive to our needs. The location of the house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and yet convenient to shopping plaza and nice restaurants and coffee shops. Nice comfortable beds for a good nights sleep.

Mexico 2024

This was my first experience with VRBO and it was fantastic. The house was exactly like promoted, it was in a great, safe location within walking distance of everything we needed. Our host Carlos was so responsive and accommodating. Great vacation for me, my family and friends!!!! Highly recommend!

Great Location and property

The host Carlos was awesome. Very responsive to questions and and a couple of minor issues that came up. For ex: - The coffee machine was not working and he had a brand new one delivered the same day. We also got a great welcome gift - Box of chocolates and a bottle of wine.... Location was great - multiple stores and restaurants a few minutes away and the beach is about 15-20 min walk... Will definitely stay again.... Thanks Carlos

The house is spacious, clean, and close to convenient stores.

It is my first time renting a house to stay with family and pets. This was a wonderful stay and the house was spacious, and very clean. I would recommend to anyone.

Excelente stay!

Communication was great from the start to finish! Location was ideal for our needs! Pictures don’t do justice, the home is beautiful! AC was available and Wifi! Safe location and loved that the home had a garage! Will definitely be back! Thank you!

The property is close to everything you need!

Private residence, excellent location. Close to all the beautiful beaches in Puerto Vallarta. Me and my family had a super weekend.! We needed at least 3 nights stay to enjoy more... the property and the beaches!!😃

Perfect for big families

We loved our stay at Casa Karla. The homeowners were very nice, the house was clean & spacious. There were several options for food within walking distance. We were a large group so we prepared light breakfast & snacks with items purchased at the Soriana nearby. They have public access to the beach that's a 10min walk crossing the boulevard & 15-20 min drive/bus to the malecon.
