We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in North Carolina. The location was incredibly peaceful, the views were absolutely beautiful and the cabin was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The owners were attentive and very quick to respond to any questions, which made the experience even better. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway

This charming house was perfect for our family getaway to Bear Paw! It was everything we needed and more! We’ve stayed at many houses at Bear Paw over the years and this one is our favorite!

Very nicely decorated and clean cabin in a quiet subdivision with total privacy. Would definitely rebook for a longer stay. Family friendly.

Relaxing Stay in the Mountains

Stayed here for a weekend while riding motorcycles in the area. 3 of us and we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen had all the necessities. FIreplace was nice. Would stay again.

Peaceful

Loved sitting on the deck watching the little deer, rabbits squirrels and groundhogs. Peaceful and quiet. Will book this home again.

We will always stay here

Property on hill , secluded, with a slighly obstructed lake view. plenty of parking for our truck and trailer. Ken is extremely nice and helpful. Text back so quickly. We love staying here so much. It has everything you need. 3 floors with full bathroom for each bedroom on each floor

Wonderful Week!

We always have a great time at this mountain home. Ken and Liz are wonderful hosts. If there are any issues, they respond quickly and make things right. We are thankful they share their mountain home with us and look forward to returning.

Very roomy and clean cabin. secluded and private. awesome little community with alot of july 4th festivities. the owners were extremely helpful and nice. very responsive. will def. stay again

Bear Paw

We had a fabulous time! Communications with owner both before and during were great -very responsive!! Pictures on VRBO were spot on. We got exactly what we paid for and I will say the view was beautiful. Mountains in the back and lake down below! GREAT JB KEN!!!

Very nice rooms , no space for groceries, and not enough space for eating together, or sitting In living room as a group, enjoyed the wildlife we saw each day, thank you for sharing your home!

Nice to.get away but boring for kids

The property was nice well maintained. Tv should be updated. The cabin is perfect to disconect but there is nothing to do with kids in a 2 hour radio. Closest market is about 40 min away and community roads are narrow and scary at night. Otherwise its perfect quiet place.

Quite and peaceful

The instructions were pretty straight forward. No cell phone service but typical in many parts of the mountains. Place was clean and as advertised. internet kicked off quite often but figured out that when the televisions were not used it wasn't an issue. Access to a golf cart would be nice but other than that we enjoyed our stay.
