Ikabaアパートメントは、ブドウの澄み切ったビーチに建てられたクリスタルビーチのレジデンスにあります。 1階のテラスからは、ラグーンから15メートルのカリブ海を見渡せます。 マリー・ガランテとポワン・デ・シャトーの180度のパノラマの海の景色を眺めながら、波のリズムに癒されて眠りにつくことができます。
レジデンスには、子供用と大人用の2つのプールがあり、グアドループの非常に有名な軽いブドウのビーチに直接アクセスできます。 海辺の町、サンフランソワの中心部では、マリーナ、マーケット、グルメレストランを楽しむことができます。また、ポワントデシャトーの手付かずの自然にすぐにアクセスできます。

Séjour très agréable

Tout est parfait ! L’appartement est d’une grande propreté. Une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer des Caraïbes. Plafonds cathédrale avec une ventilation naturelle des Alizés, pas besoin de climatisation durant la journée. À proximité, une excellente boulangerie et un très bon restaurant de burgers et pizzas. Véronika est une hôte d’excellence, toujours disponible afin de répondre à toutes nos demandes. La ville de Saint-François est à proximité. Nous recommandons fortement cette location. Toutes les photos de l’annonce correspondent exactement à la réalité.

Merveilleux séjour

Tout est pensé pour que le séjour se déroule bien. Superbe vue, plage à quelques mètres dans une résidence sécurisée avec piscines, commerces et restaurants à proximité. Merci Veronika pour votre accueil, petites attentions et précieux conseils !

Très bel appart et bien situé

La proprio répond rapidement et nous a donné plusieurs info très pratiques pour nous qui étions à notre première visite en Guadeloupe. L’appart était très propre et tout est planifié en cas de coupure d’eau ou électricité.

Un appartement parfait!

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement Ikaba début juillet 2022. L’appartement est superbe. Propre, lumineux et vraiment bien équipé. La climatisation la nuit permet de bien dormir et les alizées permettent de ventiler dans la journée. La résidence Crystal beach est aussi très agréable. La boulangerie et la pizzeria à l’entrée sont clairement un plus. Aussi, on s’y sent 100% en sécurité. Quant à Veronika, la propriétaire de l’appartement, elle est adorable et prévenante. On recommande à 100%.

The apartment was in excellent location, very modern, clean, nice floor plan and has everything a family will need for an relaxing and amazing time. The view from the kitchen-living room is wow., plus one of the bedroom. Right of the beach, nice for swimming and walking. Veronika is a grate host, good communicator and you can tell she takes pride in her rentals. Thanks for having us. Will definitely use her rentals in the future.

Superb location- newly refurbished apartment

The first thing you notice is that the apartment seems much bigger and much more spacious than the actual 75 sqm. That is due to the good layout of rooms, the amazing seaview through the glass loggia wall and the impressive high ceiling. The most attractive thing is the fact that you can watch beautiful sunrise and sunset, listen to the waves hitting the shore all day long, watch the pelicans roaming above the sea and have an outlook at Point de Chateaux without even leaving the apartment. Location of the apartment in the closed compound with 2 swimming pools, own bakery, grocery store and a restaurant makes its so convenient to live. As we were the family of 2 adults, 3 kids and one infant the owner was able to adjust the number of furniture (beds,chairs etc.) accordingly as well she could provide for a different furnishing as she has many different items at her disposal. The apartment was equipped with all that one needs-all kitchen appliances, washing mashine,vacuum cleaner,even iron and ironing board. Through the days we kept windows and door wide open to maintain a nice breeze in the apartment,while at night we chilled the bedrooms with AC to create a comfortable sleeping ambience. I highly recommend the place as well as the owner. Mrs Veronika made us feel welcome throughout the whole stay and was easy to reach at anytime. After spending 3 months there I had nothing to complain about but enjoyed carefree time with my family.

Vacances de rêve en Guadeloupe

Accueil professionnel et chaleureux. Nous avons passé deux semaines en famille avec deux enfants en bas âge. Pas besoin d'amener autre chose que ses vêtements, tout est là. L'appartement est très bien équipé, parfaitement entretenu et dispose d'un accès immédiat à la plage ou à deux piscines (une pour les petits et une pour les grands). La vue depuis l'appartement sur la baie de Guadeloupe et Marie Galante est à couper le souffle. Notre hôte a été de très bons conseils tout au long du séjour. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable, l'hôte et la prestation sont de grande qualité : des vacances inoubliables!
