The home is so warm and welcoming and perfect for our small family reunion. The property managers were so quick to help us with a few little issues that were actually our fault. The jacuzzi was amazing! The privacy in the back yard was superb! I only wish there wasn't a city ordinance keeping us from enjoying the jacuzzi later into the evening. We are already planning on requesting to stay here next year! Thanks again so much. Your home was incredible and far better than the many years we spent in a residence inn!

Well-managed and well-maintained home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We were celebrating summer birthday celebrants in our extended family and all 12 of us were comfortably accommodated. The pool/spa with generous seating areas was a treat.

Amazing stay in Orange

We really enjoyed our stay at this great property. The house was clean and had all of the essentials and more. The entire group loved relaxing in the spa after exploring SoCal all day. Our only regret was we had so many activities planned we did not get to enjoy the house as much as we would have liked!

Great stay for family!

We loved this property! Great location & layout for 3 couples and 2 singles. Pool/spa was excellent and the waterfall feature added a nice touch. On-call handyman was readily available & check-in/out was a breeze. Definitely recommend!

Lots of room - Great for families

Great location and very clean. We were there for a youth sports event at Great Park and it was convenient to get there. It was three couples (no kids) and the number of king beds was a bonus along with onsuites. There are a number of neighborhood rules for parking and sound curfews but it was not a major inconvenience for us. Host agency was very communicative with all of the instructions and policies.

Fun in Southern California

Property was great. The grandchildren, ages 8, 6, and 3 and visiting grandniece age 4, wanted to swim in the jacuzzi every evening around 5:30-7:30. The whole jacuzzi heats up rapidly to your desired temp. ( You pay extra for over 82 degrees). All the bedrooms were generous in size and most had en suites.There was an issue with one toilet and maintenance came quickly.. We did Disneyland Monday and Wednesday, Irvine Park on Tuesday( pony rides, train ride and zoo., Thursday was a chill day with a family dinner with nearby relatives. Friday was a day at Balboa park with rides on the Ferris wheel, trampoline, large family swing , and a walk on the beach and boardwalk!We dined out several times in downtown Orange.and had lunch at Deck/ The Driftwood in Laguna Beach.

Great location and large in-ground hot tub

Fantastic property and location nestled in a well established Orange neighborhood. Lots of space to spread out and hot tub at nightly after Disney or being at the beach. Would definite stay here again. Plenty of restaurants within a few minutes of here. Kitchen was well stocked.

The house was super clean. We didn’t use the pool since we were at Disneyland from sun up to sun down. Super close to Disneyland.

Wonderful property. Good location. But don't expect perfection

Our family of 6 adults and 1 infant stayed here in Jan for 5 days while attending a family reunion. The place is exactly as described. Other 3 decided not to join us at the last minutes so the place was more than what we really needed (2 BRs not used). The house is in an older and quiet neighborhood with mostly smaller houses. Easy check-in. Great location. The addition of the 2 master BRs in the back and the overall update are very well done. The furnishing and decor are thoughtful. The kitchen is well equip with quality cookware. The entire house is very clean (one small complaint is the outside trash bin was half-full when we arrived). The BRs and baths are big, clean. My wife and I stayed in Master BR #1. The pink flowery bedspread is dated and does not match with the transitional theme of the room. One side of the bed does not have a night stance so no place to put phone, water. Found one of the rolled up wash towel had a foul smell. Our adult kids and their fams stayed in other BRs and they had no complaints.We used the spa once. It was a bit cold at around 80 degree. The alarm by-pass did not work from the outside. We contact property mgmt and were shown the "proper" way to by-pass but nothing worked. They told us to go thru the master BR and someone will come to fix it but no one showed up.A bit tricky but we parked 2 SUVs in the garage at night. There are baby strollers and a high chair which we used for our grand daughter.We would stay here again.

We stayed at this property for a trade show and there was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. It is close to stores in the area and about 20 minutes from the convention center.
