Breezy Pool/Jac Home: 2 EnSuites & Game Room

Visit our stunning, designer-decorated, five-bedroom, three-bathroom home featuring a new pool and jacuzzi. As of September 2023, all furniture and furnishings are brand new.

This single-story home boasts two Cal-King master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there are two more Cal-King Bedrooms and one queen bedroom, all with access to a hallway bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a 47'' LCD TV. The bathrooms feature upgraded tile floors and quartz countertops, and the entire home is adorned with beautiful LVP floors.

The spacious open-concept main living room leads to a beautifully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room offers seating for 10, with additional seating at the kitchen counter. The main living and dining rooms have 75" TVs, while the other bedrooms feature 65" TVs. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is also provided.

The garage has a full-size washer and dryer and a full-size pool table. The house also has central air and heat. The couches are pullout queen sleeper sofas. The home has a patio and outdoor seating with a grill. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82

This house SLEEPS 12 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).

No Outside Music of Any Kind
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Outdoor security cameras protect the house.

All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.

Enjoy the convenience and luxury of having fresh, high-quality products delivered directly to your rental before you arrive - beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Items are even appropriately put away in the home refrigerator & cabinets, and photos are sent to you at delivery. They even offer e-bikes and other services.
