Great Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect for walking to restaurants or driving to the resort. The unit is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen. Property managers are quick to respond and very helpful.

Perfectly Located Winter Park Condo

Condo was very clean and kitchen was well appointed. Perfect for being able to make some meals on site. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Wood burning fireplace was both nice and needed. Directly across from beautiful rec center with indoor pool and multiple hot tubs. We did not give a great review overall because the heat was not functional the entire 3 night stay. Missed communication resulted in no contact with management on the first night, when the temperature only reached 59 degrees. Saturday did result in contact with the management company and they were prompt to attempt a correction. Ultimately the fix was unsuccessful and the temp was 55 degrees for night 2. On Sunday the thermostat was replaced but that also proved unsuccessful. The team did leave numerous space heaters as well as multiple bundles of firewood for our last day. Management also offered to move us to another unit which we respectfully declined as we were a party of 5 and it was our last night. The space heaters did help and with the fireplace we saw temps in the mid 60's for night 3. Overall, the condo was wonderful and the management team certainly made great efforts to fix the situation which we appreciated. Would stay again, the heat issue simply needs to be addressed.

Great Place

I will always look for a unit in Building 23, and this great place on the first floor has a great deck to go with all of the other great aspects.

Fantastic condo and location!

Absolutely loved our stay, well stocked kutchen. Very large for a 2 bedroom in the mountains and so close to the pool, etc. only problem was the neighbors above were very loud starting at 5 am. Found fans in the closets and used those for white noise and didn’t hear them after that. Overall, great condo and would absolutely stay again!

Great long ski weekend

Great place for my family of four plus my sister to stay for 4 nights while we skied at Winter Park. Location is close to everything and only 7-8 minutes from all the ski resort parking lots. Condo is stocked with everything you need and is very comfy. Kids loved hitting the hot tub and pool at the rec center across the street every day after hitting the slopes. No issues with any part of our stay, everything was smooth and awesome. Would definitely book again.

Perfect in Winter Park

Awesome location for playing on the mountain during the day and in town at night. Well appointed condo made it all perfect.

lots of noise in upstairs

Everything was good, except noise started from 4 am to 8am every 2 days we were there. I would never book any apartment building downstairs anymore. And i don't recommend for anyone as well.

Fall Break Getaway

Wonderful location within walking distance of local places. We had one hiccup that management quickly responded to which was appreciated with a solution due to it being unexpected. Well maintained condo with the perfect in building amenities to be able to cook and enjoy a relaxing time. Comfy beds and a great time had by our family. Would definitely choose them again for a stay in Winter Park.

Great getaway

This is a great place to get away! The location is great, the rec center pool and playground are a hit with the kids, and there's a few different short walks/easy hikes right from the neighborhood. Definitely recommend and would stay again!!

Extended Family Visit

After spending 10 days just up the mountain from this condo with my parents, we relocated to this condo. Our family of 3 was well accommodated here. Because this is a first floor unit, we were able to keep our bikes inside, safe. Boot holders were provided as well as two racks that worked great for hanging helmets and gear. Overall, our stay here was great and the location was perfect. We were able to bike or hike without getting in the car. A few things could make this place even better. The mattresses need updating. The use of light canceling curtains would be a huge plus, as the traffic seems to be frequent into the night and early morning. Light bulbs need to be maintained in the dining room chandelier. A Rubbermaid 2 quart or 4 quart pitcher would be a great addition to the kitchen. The water was extremely chlorine smelling, so we used water from Safeway. Maybe having a filter on the kitchen sink faucet would solve this. The refrigerator had an issue with one of the pullout drawers when we moved in that my husband was unable to resolve. Additionally, we had to purchase toilet paper. Other units we've stayed in had an adequate amount of toilet paper for the stay. The large t.v. was a plus for watching the Tour De France. The new kitchen appliances were great for cooking in.

Very cozy and loved access to the rec center

It was a great little condo. Only two small inconveniences: - coffee machine was broken - would have been nice to know that you needed to bring your own shampoo, soap and towels when using the rec center. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location and nice place

This place was right in town, making it super easy to grab a drink or a bite to eat. It was also so close to the ski resort taking out all of the stress of driving out there. The place itself was nice and the hot tub was great

Great condo in Winter Park

We had a great stay! The condo was in a great location - we loved being right across from the rec center to swim and enjoy the hot tubs. Restaurants, grocery store and skiing are close. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and roomy

We enjoyed our stay! The description was accurate and close to everything. Shuttle bus dropped off and picked up right by our condo. Very clean and easy to check-in and check out. We will be back!!

It was an easy walk to several places to get food etc. There were trails, a playground, and the rec center all right across from the front door which was perfect to keep us busy! Our only "issue" was we found the bed in the master bedroom to be quite uncomfortable, but overall a great place! Charlotte was easy to reach and helped answer my questions during check in as well.
