Ramin, we sincerely appreciate your review. We find ourselves a bit perplexed by your comments, particularly as we maintained open communication with you throughout your stay. Regrettably, we never received any messages regarding the issue with the trash. Had you informed us of this matter, we would have promptly dispatched assistance to resolve it. Moreover, we would have gladly explained that our trash service operates on Fridays, which resulted in a one-day difference due to your Thursday check-in. We kindly encourage you to reach out to us so that we can investigate the communication glitch and prevent any potential issues for future guests. Regarding the pool service, it adhered to its schedule, and you had the opportunity to witness our dedicated team in action as you arrived slightly earlier than the designated check-in time. The property was prepared and ready for your arrival as agreed. We were genuinely surprised to hear your concerns but pleased that you enjoyed the home despite these comments. To all our future guests, we want to emphasize that we provide service schedules multiple times before your arrival to ensure you can plan accordingly and set appropriate expectations: 1. Public Utility Trash Service is provided on Fridays, with one delay on specific holidays. 2. Our Pool Service currently takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays before noon. In Ramin’s case, he arrived at 10:15 am, This was before the agreed check-in time, at which our team of cleaners and our pool service tech were all present working diligently, to prepare the property on time for check in. Our team leader did advise Ramin and his group that they were early. The groups early arrival may have led to the misunderstanding and the pool comment and concern. We are always available for your needs, and highly recommend reaching out to us via text message or phone for immediate responses. Our contact information is readily available at booking, signature email, in rental agreement, on check-in instructions, and at the property itself. We also send several interim email messages before, during and after a stay to check in with our guest. We place significant importance on communication and the overall guest experience, and provide numerous opportunities for assistance. When emails go unresponsive or concerns are not communicated to us during a stay, we naturally assume that you are having a wonderful time and everything is meeting your expectations.
