We had an amazing stay over our family’s Christmas holiday. Our host was so helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The game room is huge with so many different games! Both kids and adults enjoyed it. The backyard is what sold us on the house and it definitely proved to be true. So spacious with many areas to sit. The pool was comfortable and warm even in winter. Overall highly recommended!

Home was beautiful, lots of entertainment options! Great coffee bar with every coffee machine u could imagine! Beds were very comfy and house was clean! Would stay here again!

Janet is an outstanding host! She has thought of everything to make her home feel like your home. A very well stocked kitchen to make cooking so much fun. A very nice BBQ area overlooking the pool. TV’s in every bedroom, charging stations for phones etc, plenty of linens, pool towels, water toys for the pool, outdoor play station, putting green, a game room in the garage and so much more! A bonus is a small nursery in the master bedroom if needed. Our family of 11 stayed at the home for our Christmas gift to each other and we truly had a magical Christmas celebration!

This was an amazing and memorable stay. We enjoyed the home very much. Everything was as described, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The amenities were awesome and never ending. This house had it all! I wish we stayed longer to enjoy everything. Our stay wasn’t over and our group was already discussing a future return to this home. Communication was prompt and guidance was clear. We hope to be back sooner than later.

Janet were really nice with us, the house is bigger that it look like on the pictures and everything is really clean, kitchen's are fully equipped with everything you would need, even more that you were thinking, room are spacious and beds are so comfortable, game room and pool are amazing

We had an awesome stay! The house was super spacious and perfect for our group. The kids had a blast with the arcade, pool, and putting green—there was always something fun to do. The big communal area made it easy for everyone to hang out together. Would definitely come back!

Our family had THE MOST AMAZING time. Exactly what we needed. Everyone was blown away by how pristine this property is. Gorgeously appointed. Every room! Beyond relaxing! There was no need to ever leave! We had so many games to choose from; Pool, poker, video, board games, putt-putt golf, darts, hoops, shuffle board, karaoke - the list goes on and on. All our big kids LOVED these games. And once you were done playing games you could make yourself a shave ice, milkshake, iced coffee. Each room was its own private theater with big screen TVs that had all the streaming apps. The kitchen was FANTASTIC to cook in. Chef grade appliances. We also appreciated all the toiletry and cleaning supplies provided. The pool was sparklingly FABULOUS and those misters really cooled us down. At night we sat in the lovely Adirondack chairs and enjoyed the cooler temperatures. Our host was available at all times with us and a GREAT communicator! The house is secure, safe, and made us feel so relaxed and at ease. It has an extraordinary ambience!! Would stay here again and again!! The Perfect Family Vacation!

We had the most incredible stay! Janet was beyond accommodating, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The home itself was absolutely perfect – in great shape and had everything we needed and then some. The game room was a hit with everyone, with shuffleboard, arcade games, pool, ping pong, a poker table, and a basketball shooting game. And the outdoor space also had so much to do with the heated pool and spa, outdoor games (bocce ball, mini golf, huge connect 4), spacious shaded dining area with a massive table that fit our large family of 10 adults and 3 kids, an outdoor kitchen and even a pizza oven!The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance imaginable – from a snowcone machine and milkshake machine to an ice maker, coffee machine, espresso machine, Keurig, etc. Sleeping wise we all comfortably fit across the 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom had a little room off to the side with everything needed for a baby/toddler.We honestly never even left the house during our 5 night stay because there was so much to do and enjoy onsite. We're so thankful to have found this place and grateful to Janet for sharing her incredible space with us. Highly recommend!

Better than expected

The house if awesome. The pics are really good, but they don't do the house justice. There is WAY more space and the toys are plentiful. Plus - and maybe my favorite - the house was totally stocked with all the things you need. For example, the Keurig had pods, sugar and creamer. Loved it.
