Family Watercolor Vacation

We loved everything about it -- it was spacious, beautifully decorated, perfectly equipped and super comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better location for our family's vacation. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect accommodations for a weekend stay

A well equipped unit with an awesome location. Easy walk or bike ride to dining options. Would definitely rent again!

Great place for a small family

Would stay here again. We could tell that the place was a bit old, but was taken care of very well. This actually made us more comfortable here with our young kids. Location is great. We had a couple minor issues, but nothing that would keep us from staying here again.

Great location, well maintained property.

The location of the townhouse is great. The property is well maintained and clean. Check-in/out is very easy. The only downsides were all watercolor requirements. For instance, wristbands requirements are a little problematic with young kids. Also did not appreciate having to wait in line in the morning to get a pool chair at the beach club since owners are given first access. Given the cost of renting, that was a downside. Overall though we had an excellent stay in a beautiful place!

Great property, the resort is overcrowded

This property was wonderful and exactly as shown in the pictures. It is a great location - close to the beach club and pools. We very much enjoyed staying here. Unfortunately the Watercolor resort is extremely overcrowded which made our stay challenging. The wait to get food and drinks at the pool every day was over 30 minutes long. Three of the kids in our group got sick from the pools. Also, the development seems to be looking for reasons to ticket golf carts and bikes. Overall I would spend money going elsewhere and despite the amazing property, would not return to Watercolor.

Disappointing stay

Disappointed in 360 Blue property management. Townhouse is lovey to rent but 360 Blue didn’t leave us enough wristbands for beach/pool access for our Thanksgiving vacation. The 360 Blue representatives were not able to help us due to their offices being closed for Thanksgiving vacation. 360 Blue explained it’s a glitch with vrbo bookings that the # in my reservation didn’t come through accurately as to why they didn’t leave me enough wristbands.

Senior Trip 2020

We have stayed in Watercolor for over 10 years and absolutely love it! This house was wonderful! We had our 17 year old daughter and 3 of her friends with us. Having the master bedroom downstairs gave them the upstairs to hangout. We have always stayed on the park so this location was perfect! We would definitely rent this house again!

30A Songwriters Festival

Very convenient location. Easy to get to beach, trails and pools. Sleeps 5 comfortably, 6 if you have someone who likes a top bunk. Furnishings are nice. Would stay here again.
