It’s hard to find a place that feels so much like home that isn’t actually your home—but Mint Julep is just that. The owners have thought of it ALL. This place and area in general is truly a little slice of heaven and I have no notes other than how amazing this home is! As a mom to 3 young kids, I’ve been searching for a place that we can vacation for years to come, and we have officially found it. Do yourself a favor and book the stay, you won’t regret it!

We had a truly excellent vacation in Watercolor. The quality of the rental home was superb in terms of amenities, cleanliness, comfort, and location. The management company was very responsive when a minor maintenance issue came up with the hot tub. Highly recommend this home and vacationing in Watercolor in general. We will definitely return.

As nice, or nicer, than photos. This was our first visit to area and found this to be a great location for all things Watercolor and Seaside. Especially with the golf cart.Code access and parking is in back. And the pool alarm on the back door is tricky- but I think that is a Florida thing.

Great stay at Mint Julep

Wow, we loved our stay at this property. Very well appointed, great floorplan, fantastic outdoor area with hot tub and pool, and convenient location near all Watercolor amenities and services. Really appreciate the communication with property management, they were very helpful and responsive in resolving an issue with the golf cart. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Girls Weekend

We had a great stay at the property and loved having access to all of the Watercolor amenities. The hot tub didn’t get hot, just stayed the same temperature as the heated pool, but still enjoyable!
