Home was just as beautiful as the pictures!! Very well equipped kitchen and very well equipped for crabbing. We literally crabbed off the dock from sun up to sun down. The first night we experienced some storms that were not for the faint of heart and the crabs were a little scarce the next day. However, by the last day we were pulling in crabbies almost every time we checked the lines and baskets! We had plans to go to Ocean City but we were having such a relaxing time that we decided to forgo leaving the house. The views are amazing and the neighbors are very friendly, we found out that they were from the same area we are from!! Small world!! Everything we needed food wise was just around the corner, either at the grocery store or at little mom and pop restaurants. Overall we had such an amazingly relaxing time, so much so we want to come back as soon as possible! One last thing, the owners are very accessible so if we had a problem I could contact them right away and they would fix it. Thank you so much Bob and Marybeth for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home!!

Great place to stay

The house is very nice and clean, with a beautiful view of the bay. My boys really enjoyed crabbing off the dock. The neighbors are also extremely friendly.

If you love crabs . .

My husband, sister and I booked this trip to Crisfield Maryland. My husband and I had stayed here years ago in the "gold" house. We had such a wonderful time these last 4 days. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The crabbing was fantastic and loads of fun. If you like crabbing and eating blue crabs, I highly recommend this place for you.

Great getaway

The house was absolutely perfect and provided everything we needed for our family of 5 to have a long weekend on the water. The owners left plenty of crabbing gear for us and my boys spent most of the time checking traps and swimming in the bay. We were lucky with jelly fish during our trip until the last day but the kayaks at the house gave us a chance to enjoy the water without having to get in also. The neighbors were all very friendly and it was a nice, quiet getaway.

Relaxing quiet getaway

The house was super clean and well stocked! The kids had so much fun jumping off the docks, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. We were able to safely dock our boat for the weekend right at the house. The owners were super nice and accommodating. They left a list of things to do around town and a map of the waterway since we were unfamiliar. If time allows we will definitely visit again.

The cottage was clean with lots of games, puzzles and books available. The location was super-quiet and relaxing. We loved watching the fish boats, crabbing and sunning.

Lovely Stay

We had a most enjoyable stay. Our grandson enjoyed crabbing from the dock, the sunsets are gorgeous. Bob and Mary Beth are wonderful hosts. We hope to book for June and September next year, but must save up for deposit....hope there will be vacancies by then!

Nice spot for Crabbing and Fishing!

If you want a nice location close to everything in the town with an excellent Dock and yard, this is it. Just a short walk to town, or minutes drive to grocery or dining. Managed to catch a little over a bushel of keepers and plenty of Spots and Perch.

Everything I wanted it to be!

Small waterfront cottage that reminded me of times in my family's old beach house from 30+ years ago. Plain and simple, quiet, great water access, relaxing and pretty much 30 mins to anything you want to do in any direction. Great place to unwind following our week long stay in Ocean City. A week here was the change in pace I needed and I couldn't ask for more with the time it gave me to make new memories with my own family!!! We will be back again for sure!!

Relaxing

Cute Cottage

We had a great stay. Very cute little waterfront cottage, nice pier, and quiet street. We spent a majority of our time on our boat that we took with us and had a remarkable time fishing, crabbing, and exploring the area.
