Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath expanded home walking distance to beach access on Glidden Drive. Sleeps 8 in your choice of 3 king size beds and 4 bunks. Perfect for multi-family vacations with 3 full baths. Gorgeous Primary bath has oversized skylight, two-person spa tub and heated floors Bedroom has gas log fireplace and access to huge rear deck. 2 other king bedrooms and bunk room that sleeps four. Great room with soaring ceilings, wood burning fireplace and wall of windows overlooking huge deck and woods. Granite and stainless sky-lit kitchen combined with dining area with lounge area and floor heat. 2 hall bathrooms, larger one with skylight and granite. Partial furnished basement with TV, perfect for children for indoor play. Firepit in sand below deck. Dining table and deck furniture on deck, along with gas grill. Central heat and AC except in king bedroom adjacent to dining area. 8 IS MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

October Door County Visit

The location was good for Door County and the Sturgeon Bay area. Kitchen was fully stocked and bathrooms had plenty of linens. It was a surprise to learn there was a 5th bedroom off the kitchen with a king size bed which served our needs better than a bedroom with bunk beds. The living room had plenty of seating for everyone to be together.

Mothers/Daughters Weekend

Our stay was perfect. The house was very accommodating, with beds, linens, towels and fully stocked kitchen. Outdoor furniture was comfortable and plenty. The location was great for all the little towns in Door County - I think we visited four little towns. If I could give any feedback at all, it would be on the house maintenance itself. The house could have used a really good deep cleaning on the outside. Soffits and siding could have used a good power washing along with the deck. Water pressure was something to be desired as well. But again overall, the house was very accommodating for our needs and would rent there again. Thank you, The Forrest, for a great stay.

Early Summer Trip

Everything was good. The Property Manager was very responsive. I could reply to VRBO messages, But there was no phone contact via Text. There are 3 light bulbs in the Kitchen that are out.Please replace for next guest.

PACKER WEEKEND

I am from Smithfield,Va.My father,grandfather and great-grandfather all lived in Door County.That is my tie to the area. The house is clean,it is comfortable,and all though it is in a secluded area is is not a prohibitive drive to any of the little towns in DC.I would highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a nice place to stay in Dorr County.
