新しい5ベッドルーム、4バス。3階のリビングスペース、高い天井、広いパインフロア、砂浜、プライベートビーチ、オーシャンを見渡す3つのデッキを備えたオープンフロアプランを備えたホーム。 約5,000平方フィート、ガスストーブ付きシェフズキッチン、準備用スペースがたくさんある花崗岩のカウンタートップ+ 6席のイートアップカウンター オーシャンビューのダイニングエリア、デッキへのスライダー、ガスグリル、屋外ダイニング用の十分な座席。

Family memories

We have stayed at "our" Sunset Lane home during four summers. The home is beautiful, has wonderful amenities and the location is great. It is a great home to make lasting memories with children and grandchildren.

Barnstable Beach House

We had a memorable family vacation at this beautiful home in 2013 and will be returning in 2016. The home is spacious and fully equipped. I can't say enough about the location. The views from the multiple decks were spectacular. Sitting on the deck with our morning coffee made it hard to leave for the day. A perfect family getaway.

Fantastic stay at wonderful property!

The property is even more beautiful in person than the pictures. Every room has a fabulous view of the water. The house has so many perfect sitting areas - it was exactly what my family and I hoped it would be and more. The owners had even planned to close the extra space downstairs but kept it open at our request. The house is perfectly located - 1 mile from the gorgeous, quaint center of Barnstable, but also less than 15 minute drive to the Cape Cod Mall, Whole Foods, Cape Cod Brewery, etc. The neighborhood was relaxed and peaceful but you are literally minutes from anything you could need. Thank you for a great stay, we'd love to come back soon!!

Great Place for a Family Vacation with kids

Every year I get the whole family together, our son and daughter, their spouses and 4 grand children. Ample sleeping for the ten of us. We have rented in the area before but outgrew that rental. This was perfect for us. The direct acess to the water from the lawn area was very important to us. No lugging beach chairs, toys etc. Great for the kids as we could watch them from the house while they dig in the sand at low tide. For those who don't know the area, the view is fantastic. You can watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee and the sun set with a glass of wine from the main deck. The property was clean throughout. (cleaners are excellent). Perfect vacation home for us, infact, we have already booked for 2016. Sharon, Ma

Feels like in heaven!

We rented the house for four days with our big family and it was like in heaven! There is a wonderful huge dinning and living room with panorama windows to the ocean. So you can cook and eat with a spectacular view to the ocean. The rooms and the many bathrooms allow each family member privacy although you are all living together in one huge house. Just great! The main bedroom has even a jacuzzi in his on-site bathroom. Everything was lovely decorated in the house and very clean. The basement apartment is a gem for rainy days. There is a ping pong, another TV and a bar to gather around it. We loved this house, his yard and the private beach and would highly recommend this vacation house! We hope to come back one day to this little paradies. Thanks for sharing this with us!

Very Nice Property

We loved this property for a family gathering. It is just as nice as it looks in the pictures. Very spacious with excellent views from everywhere in the house. Location is superb with lots of sightseeing places to go to close by and within 20 to 30 minutes. Barnstable and Hyannis Port, plus many small towns along the way. Would highly recommend this property. The management team is very helpful and accommodating.

Lovely location. Nice home but needs some TLC.

We stayed in this house for a family vacation. The house is well suited to several small groups/families coming together - the open concept living, kitchen, dining room and upper deck make for easy gathering. The lower level is another great area for living. We loved the location of the house - Barnstable Bay is great for kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming and walking the bay in low tide. It is an easy kayak or paddleboard over to the public beach. The house is directly on the water with easy access in and out of the bay. There was a new grill to use, which was great and we make good use of it during our week. This house does need some tender loving care. We found most windows and doors without screens so when the AC can be off the bugs can come in. Some door locks were not operable, especially concerning was one of the lower level doors could not be locked. The kitchen, the cupboards and all the closets need some cleaning and decluttering. After a bit of sprucing up and relishing heavily used items (sheets, pillows and some kitchen utensils) this could be a 5 star property.

Kay - We're sorry to hear you didn't find the house up to your expectations. We truly strive to make all our tenants feel like they're "at home" while enjoying this vacation spot. We really wished that you had called to discuss these items, as we would have addressed your needs right away. We're happy that we followed up with a phone call regarding this review, so that we could discuss your concerns. There are over 80 windows in this house and the owner has purposely left a few screens off, as they don't want them all opened at the same time (barring stormy weather - it's too many to close quickly). We have taken note that you found the home "too stocked" and will take the time to go through the house and pair down some items, if need be. We've always found that most tenants appreciate having the extras: serving platters, party wear, pot/pans, utensils, etc, so we typically offer those items. The doors are all operable - there are four sets of sliders and one Andersen French door. That one can be a little tricky to lock, as you have to pull up on the handle and press down again, to secure the lock. Most tenants use the other sets of sliders to access the deck, as there is furniture in front of the French door to keep it stationary. We have added this information to our tenant instructions and welcome book, as we always want renters to feel safe & secure! All of the sheets & pillows, along with the living room furniture, were completely refurbished at the beginning of the Summer season. We take great care & pride in this property, refurbishing and replacing items as need be. Again, we apologize for not meeting your expectations. We do hope you'll give us another chance since you found the location and overall majority of the home up to your standards.

Very comfortable and spacious. Great location!

My family stayed for two weeks last year and had a fabulous vacation. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to a couple of minor technical problems. Great space for a multi-generation reunion

My sister-in-law found this home early in November and we rented it over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was a wonderful space to gather with extended family for a reunion weekend. Lovely views from everywhere in the house and a nice beach for walking. The kitchen was a hit with family foodies. Would recommend this home for a crowd. Our teenagers were content to roost in the upstairs sitting area. Good location for access to shopping and sight seeing on and off the Cape. 1st floor bedroom for Grandpa with mobility challenges.
