Fully renovated in 2010, through apartment in a residence of 7 apartments, located in the center of LA CLUSAZ. Close to shops, childcare and children's activities, ice rink open in winter, 100 meters from alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF but also cross-country skiing (thanks to the Beauregard cable car).

ENTRANCE HALL: 8 m2 (tiled) two closets and wardrobe,

LIVING ROOM: 17 m2 (tiled) 1 BZ BENCH 2 PERS (160), television, DVD player, east-facing window door leading to a balcony with view of the village and mountains,

KITCHEN AREA: 7 m2 (tiled), 4 induction plates, hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment (312 l), oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette appliance,

BEDROOM 1: 11 m2 (parquet) facing the east balcony, 1 DOUBLE BED (140), storage, 1 shower and a hand basin,

BEDROOM 2: 8 m2 (parquet) 2 SINGLE BEDS (90), wardrobe closet, west balcony,

BEDROOM 3: 10 m2 (parquet) 2 SINGLE BEDS (90), wardrobe closet, television, window door leading to west balcony,

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement qui est agréable très pratique pour les cours , les courses, la proximité des pistes, il y a la gêne des bruits des commerces durant la nuit des weekend, mais cela est normal en centre ville ce qui était à signaler a été signalé à l'agence, une sorte d'état des lieux

Great apartment but issues with location

The accommodation was well laid out, spacious and well equipped. Also very close to the slopes and amenities 3 out of the 7 nights we were disturbed in the early hours by rowdy people exiting the nightclub/pub nearby. On one occasion a drunken female had got into the communal area after pressing the buzzers of all flats waking everyone up. This resulted in me having to challenge her and try to remove her. Another occasion resulted in 2 males urinating in the communal door way.

Nous avons apprécier l’espace dans l’appartement, le grand nombre de rangement. Il faudrait plus de cintres et des portes manteaux dans les chambres , et se serait parfait . Et aussi des verres à apero convenables

La Clusaz est un beau village, avec beaucoup de commerçants sympathiques, idéalement situé

cet appartement est très bien équipé, moderne, situé en plein centre ville et au pied des télésièges ou des chemins de randonnée l'été. 2 supermarchés tout à côté, gare routière pas loin. Coin très agréable une chambre donne sur la rue, pas top si on a le sommeil très léger : musique en face jusqu'à 22h et livreurs du supermarché juste en dessous à 5h ou encore le marché à 6h mais ce n'est pas tous les jours ! sinon, très calme

La situation du logement et sa proximité avec les points d’interêt, les équipements et la surface. Bien que le logement soit bien situé, il souffre néanmoins des nuisances sonores liées aux livraisons de la supérette du RDC et du clocher de l’église
