Nice location, parking not greatest for 35 a day.

Good lodging for the price in dowtown Honolulu. However you realy dont need a car in that area, because you can't find parking anywhere. Enjoyed the location walking distance to most needed stores.

It IS the perfect location

We enjoyed the completer stay. The location is centrally located to beach, restaurants, convenience store, shopping and bus line. The laundry room was a plus.

Great stay close to beach

Location was great and the room was clean.Must have water damage in the bathroom though as there is mold around the faucet et paint peeling from ceiling.Overall we did like our stay

Great location but very dated and in need of deep cleaning

Location is amazing and the bed is very comfortable. The condo is very dated which is fine as long as it’s clean but it was not clean. The floor tile in the kitchen had lots of grimy spots like it wasn’t washed, had to scrub the shower before using it and there is mold in the bathroom. I contacted the management company about all these issues but haven’t heard back at all. Also, the pool area is not maintained to the point of not being usable.

Great Location

We were walking distance to the beach and a bunch of restaurants and shops. Checkin was easy and the room was clean and had everything we needed.

Great Stay!

Great place to stay and great location. Just a couple blocks from the beach and right across the street from the zoo. The bar on the 2nd floor was a lot of fun. The room was clean and well stocked and comfortable. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting an affordable, comfortable, clean place to stay.

Great location

My son and I enjoyed our stay at this location. Walking distance to beach and bus stops. Front desk was always cheerful. We also appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen!

Perfect location to beach, nightlife, local transportation.

A little weathered but, clean. Well stocked for our 4 day stay. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Very convenient, just a short walk to the beach. Lots to see and do in the immediate area. Beautiful scenery around.I would stay there again.

Excellent location

Great location!! There were plenty of good restaurants close by. Bed was comfortable. The only complaints. No kettle for my wife to have a cuppa tea, and the air con was a little noisy. This said, we enjoyed our stay. Great value for money considering you are in Hawaii..

Great place to stay

We booked this place not knowing a lot about the area but just read the reviews on the place and it did not disappoint. Was a very good location lots of things to see and do all within walking distance . Easy to find anything u needed and super easy to deal with owner always replied to our messages and super nice and friendly front desk staff. Would stay at this place again for sure . Very comfy bed had amazing sleeps

Roof top deck and location

Worth it for the rooftop deck view. Quiet area with the zoo directly next to it. Very short walk to the beach and convenient.

Waikiki - family visit

We really enjoyed our time in Waikiki. While we came to visit family living in Mililani, we were able to enjoy the restaurants and shops that were so close to us. The beach was mesmerizing. We loved going for walks around the Kapiolani park neighborhood, and locally owned businesses and eateries. We especially enjoyed LuLu’s.

Clean and comfortable

Property was as listed and the bed was so comfortable. Kitchen lights were out and never did get replaced during my stay but other than that minor nuisance it was a very pleasant experience. I especially loved the separate refrigerator for wine and beer.

Good location

Room is small, but adequate. Had to use stool from the kitchen to put next to my side of bed to put my phone and c-pac. Location was good, close to beach, Diamond Head, and other locations. Washer and dryer is in basement and works very well. The shower in the bathroom was not great, wish it was better, you need to open window to have ventilation. The bed was very comfortable, restaurant in bldg was good, so was the bar. Front desk was helpful and the rooftop deck had great views of Diamond head, zoo and beach.

Close to Beach

This property is super close to the beach. (1 block walking). Some of this property has seen better days (tile, flooring trims etc) but it does the job! I would book it again.

Wonderful!

I was impressed by the level of cleanliness and attention to detail in the room.The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. Being so close to the beach and everything else made exploring the area a breeze. And let's not forget about the breathtaking views! Watching the sunset and sunrise from the top 10th floor was an experience I'll never forget. The view of Diamond Head was simply stunning. I can confidently say that I will be returning to this place in the future. The property is conveniently located right across from Waikiki beach and at one end of the Waikiki walking strip. The lobby is open which is good and bad. Overall, the hotel condition is average but the room was spotless. The manager/owner communicate effectively before, during, and after stay. Would come back here in the future if I visit Honolulu again.
