Perfect little house for 2 couples

Great location! So close to delicious Restaurants. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were super comfortable.Gorgeous view of the Red mountains. Clean and beautifully maintained.

Wonderful location and very comfortable

Wonderful location - u can walk everywhere in uptown from the home. Beds are very comfortable and place is extremely clean and has everything u need. It is exactly as advertised. I would stay there again!

Perfect Sedona get away

Could not have been happier with this property. The location is great with off street parking. close to many shops and restaurants. The house is immaculate, bedding was excellent and very quiet. The host was easy to communicate with and had no problems. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

Ah-mazing stay in Sedona!

This property was perfect for our family of four. Everything is brand new with high quality furniture and appliances to make for an incredibly comfortable stay. Within just steps away from Uptown Sedona, we barely needed to get into the car to drive. Would stay again, again, and again!

Perfect location

Such a cute house, perfect size for my parents, my husband and myself. Location was AMAZING, walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants and endless views. The shuttle drop off is right across the street, and it’s only a short drive to many of the different hikes and/or sightseeing locations. Would highly recommend!! Host was easy to communicate with and made the entire process a breeze!

Wonderful stay

We have stayed in several VRBO properties throughout the country, and this property was by far the best. The property was immaculate, and well stocked with paper products. The room were all spacious, and the front patio was great for relaxing. The location is convenient to the town, and we were able to walk to Brins Mesa from the house.

Incredible stay!

What a gem! We absolutely loved our stay. The location was great, the home was beautiful and clean, and the amenities were thoughtful. Great location in Sedona!

This was our first visit to Sedona and this VRBO was just perfect for us and another couple. It is within walking distance to everything in Uptown. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for two couples. Communication with Genna was very good. We highly recommended staying there!!

Excellent property close to Uptown Sedona

Although only two of us in this two bedroom house, it worked out perfectly. The property has new high end appliances and plenty of room. It is also @5 mins from the Main Street of Uptown Sedona with all the shops and restaurants you need. All round excellent.

I was born and raised in San Jose, California. I'm a graduate of San Jose State University. I moved to Sedona 37 years ago! I've been married for 39 years to my husband, Steve. We raised our son and daughter in this beautiful area. Both are graduates of the University of Arizona. My husband is a licensed general contractor and has enjoyed completing projects in the Verde Valley for nearly forty years. The Apple Tree Inn is another one of his completed projects that we're happy to open for our guests to enjoy. Steve and I love the outdoors. Sedona has been the perfect place for us to enjoy hiking and biking. We enjoy visits to the beautiful Grand Canyon and have hiked to Phantom Ranch. We've rafted the Colorado River and spent many years water skiing and house boating. The active life that Arizona promotes has definitely been enjoyed by both of us.

I purchased this property in 2005. There were two homes on the site with an additional building. I originally rented the homes out as yearly rentals. I remodeled the original home that was built in the 1940's. I kept the original red rock and updated the interior. The second home was a mother in law quarters that I removed. The Apple Tree is in its place! This property is the perfect location for people visiting the area. Everything is within walking distance. The Peach Tree, next door, has the best reviews in Sedona. Guests always comment on the location and views. This was the perfect property to turn into nightly rentals. I've enjoyed my guests and have many that return each year.
