Brand new renovation for this self catered studio apartment of 28 SQ-M with a balcony facing east, accommodates up to 4 people.
On the third floor of the residence with lift.

Living area with Dining area, 1 double bed (2 persons),television and storages.
Kitchen area with induction hobs, microwave, traditionnal oven, dishwasher.

SLEEPING AREA:
Linving area: 1 double bed (2 persons).
Alpine alcove with sliding door : one set of bunk beds (2 persons).

SHOWER ROOM:
Shower with toilets and washing machine.

Underground parking and Wifi internet access included.

RENTAL CONDITIONS :
Weekly rental :
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
Towels and cleaning at the end of the stay not included and on request.
Deposit required on arrival.
Supplement of 30€ per animal per stay (maximum 2 animals).

Seasonal rental:
Electricity on statement, laundry, carpet shampoo and dry cleaning charged to tenants.
