Super hôte et réactif merci à lui vraiment, endroit très pratique au pied des pistes avec toute commodité proche du chalet et les boutiques pour les locations de ski sont à la sorti de l’immeuble franchement parfait grand merci à Christophe Court

Pas cher mais...

Mais pas d'état des lieux à l'arrivée ni au départ. Je me suis vu reproché un masque dans un lit enfant alors que j'étais seul et dormais sur le canapé. Idem il y avait un préservatif, non utilisé "sous blister" à coté du meuble TV et des capsules de bière sous la corbeille à pain sur la table... autant dire que le ménage n'avait été fait que très très très très rapidement... Ensuite le bruit est insupportable à côté de la porte du couloir, les appartements voisins sont quasiment pris par des étudiants ou de très jeunes actifs donc on comprends vite que le séjour va être trèèèèès compliqué à vivre: claquement des portes à pas d'heure (jusqu'à 2h du mat). Idem pour la place de l'appartement à côté de la porte d'entée de l'immeuble... Je ne remettrai pas les pieds dans cet appartement ni cet immeuble.

bonjour je suis surpris d'une telle remarque reçue le 16 janvier 2023 pour un séjour datant du 21 janvier 2022! vous êtes sûr que vous parlez du bon appartement? moi même allant très souvent à l'appartement, je n'ai jamais eu ce genre de problème, l'appartement est bien isolé niveau sonore, jamais eu aucun problème pour dormir, d'autant qu"en plus il ne donne pas sur la zone vie. ... vous êtes d'ailleurs le premier depuis 15 ans de location à faire ce genre de remarque! pour le ménage, il est spécifié dans le contrat de location que vous devez me faire toutes les remarques nécessaires à votre arrivées! l'avez vous fait? non...sinon des mesures auraient été prises! pour le bruit des voisins ( problème que je n'ai jamais rencontré!! ) il ne tient qu'à vous d'aller frapper à leur porte et de leur demander de faire moins de bruit la prochaine fois, évitez de faire ce genre de remarque un an après! faites votre travail en refaisant remonter les informations directement pendant votre séjour, vous verrez, ça se passera bien.....

Belle situation géographique

Appartement très bien situé, à proximité du local ski donnant sur les pistes pour partir comme pour revenir. La taille de l'appartement est correcte et tout à fait acceptable pour une famille de 4 pers. Une petit bémol toutefois concernant la literie qui mériterait d'être renouvelée.

Nice apartment but no check in instructions so we had no water and lights.

Need check in instructions as we couldn’t turn the water on for 2 days. The light in the kitchen and bedroom does not work. Good location.

Excellente location pour ski/snowboard

L'emplacement est top. Avec le casier à skis à 8mètres et la piste 5 mètres plus loin, excellent. Près de tout ce qu'il faut et emplacement gratuit pour la voiture. Pour 4 personnes c'est chargé. L'intérieur pourrait avoir un petit rafraichissement. En général nous étions contents. Contact rapide et efficace avec le propriétaire! Merci

very nice!

The apartments were perfectly located - directly on the slope in the quarter 'Les Bruyeres'. So in the morning you were very fast on the top and in the evening you could sit in the bar for apres-ski and then ski back to the aparts with no problem. Besides the perfect skiing location, there was everything we needed closely - restaurants, bars, a supermarket, the intersport, very nice aqua centre and ecole de ski. The quarter itself was very quiet. It was also convenient to go both to Meribel and to Val Thorens. The apartments are perfect for 2-3 people and have everything that you may need including all the stuff to cook (also raclette grill and fondue). The landlord was very nice providing all the necessary information. We arrived lately and departed very early but that was not a problem at all - the keys could be transferred at any time. So we were very happy to stay in the aparts and would like to go there again.

Appartement bien situé dans quartier agréable

Appartement propre et pratique pour 4 personnes, très bien situé dans un petit quartier agréable, très facile d'accès aux pistes, commerces et restaurants par ascenceur. Pas besoin de voiture. Bon rapport qualité prix.
