Hi Stephanie, Thanks for your comment but I wish I knew specifically what you needed that was not there. We stock the cabin with paper towels, starter sets of soaps, shampoo, lotion, toilet paper, all the towels and linens you could possibly need. If we missed something, it's best to let the front desk know so they can help while you are still there. Anyway, when you return, remind me of this and I'll personally make sure you get what you need. Tom

Hi Stacy, I apologize for the wifi and grill problems. Did you call the resort for help with repairs? They usually can get someone out right away to fix things that are not working. I'll check with them to make sure these issues are addressed for the next guests. Hi Kristin, I'm glad you had a good time and, other than your few comments, the cabin worked for you. The thing about the dead bolt locks is a bit surprising for me. I have been booking vacations in this cabin since 2007 and no one has ever mentioned needing a deadbolt. In fact, none of the properties in Stonebridge Resort inventory have deadbolts. Remember, even if you had a deadbolt, it would only be usable from inside so the fear that resort staff might go in with ill intent would not be hampered by a deadbolt when you are away. In actual fact, Stonebridge is incredibly secure and the locks we have should be sufficient. Still, I think an indoor lock would enhance the sense of security and might prevent the little ones from wandering outside so I'll put those in on my units. The screen on the porch has been repaired. We appreciated you alerting us about it and if you'd called the front desk as I told you when we spoke on the phone, they could have patched it for you. Of course bugs in the porch area are a nuisance, but the broken screen could not have let them into the cabin interior. I will remind our cleaning staff to clean the cobwebs off those flowers that are all on high shelves. Cobwebs appear quickly after cleaning and they do not indicate anything about our dedication to cleanliness and sanitation in the living areas of the cabin. Again, I apologize for the things you did not like but at the same time, all but the deadbolt issue could have been instantly resolved if you'd called the resort. That's why I use them, because they have full time maintenance staff on site to handle these problems for my guests.

Hi Mark, I am glad you enjoyed the cabin and I apologize for the pool not being open. The POA manages that, and they only guarantee it will be open by Memorial Day but they usually get it open earlier. I asked them when I was there (same time as you) and they told me it take two weeks to fill the pool and get the salt water balance dialed in and stabilized. They were unable to start early this year because of some heavy storms earlier in the month. Thanks for the kind review.
