This new house of 80m² is ideal to comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Heated swimming pool, garden, terrace, Plancha, air conditioning, deckchairs, access to a shared swimming pool, fiber, equipped kitchen open to a bright living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 showerrooms; all the ingredients are there for you to spend a relaxing stay and fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
To park, no worries, you have access to secure parking spaces.
Included in the rental: WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, 1 space car park and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).
Classified furnished 3 stars, this accommodation offers a quality of service and equipment certified by the organization "Provence Tourisme" approved by the department of Bouches-du-Rhône.
This classification allows you to pay less tourist tax than for unclassified goods.

Facing South / South East, it is very bright with the large bay window of the living room and the large bay windows of the bedrooms. The living room and each bedroom offers both reversible air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Enjoy the private heated swimming pool of 5x2m. The commissioning and heating of the pool are from the 1st week of the Easter holidays (French school holidays) until the last week of the All Saints holidays (French school holidays).It is secured by a rigid tarpaulin.
Otherwise, you just have to take your beach towel to enjoy the large shared pool and its deckchairs. The communal condominium pool, unheated, is accessible from June 15 to September 15.
The 120m² garden and the 33m² terrace are two of these assets. Whether you want to sunbathe in the sun loungers, eat in the shade of the large electric awning, have an aperitif under the green pergola or cook with the Plancha, everything is conducive to pleasure.
The house offers on the ground floor a very nice living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 people, a living room.
On this same level, you find a first bathroom with a toilet.
The first floor is reserved for sleeping. You will find 3 comfortable bedrooms with a cupboard, 2 bedrooms with quality double beds 160 x 200 cm and 1 bedroom with 2 quality single beds 90 x 200 cm which can be combined into 1 double bed. Each room offers air conditioning, TV and ceiling fan.
On this floor is also the second bathroom and an independent toilet.
We can provide you with a high chair and a foldable cot free of charge.

The house is located just 2.2km from the beaches, easily reachable on foot by the pedestrian track, located 300 m away.
Nearby shops are just a 5-minute walk away
Only 10 minutes away, you will enjoy the park of the Domaine de la Tour for a walk, a jog, a relaxing moment.
The house is 2.5 km from the train station. It is served by the bus (line 21) which drops you at 100 m and can take you to the historic center.

The house is totally dedicated to travellers. The owners simply privatized the garage to store their personal belongings.
