Tourist rental of a furnished villa with all comforts of surface area 100m2, ideal for 4 holidaymakers, including 3 bedrooms, a large living room, convivial garden areas with dining table and barbecue, private swimming pool, parking, Wi-Fi connection, and close to the beaches of Madrague and Lecques.

The accommodations are on one level, about 400m from the beach of La Madrague, the port, and the creeks, and 1.5km from the large beach of Lecques. Restaurants and local shops. Hiking trails in the heart of the pine forest and vineyards, towards the calanque of Port d'Alon. Coastal path to Bandol.

The following are for the use of passengers:
- The main dwelling
- Parking in the courtyard
- The swimming pool
- Terraces on the first floor

Important:

Arrivals and departures are limited to Saturdays to facilitate the work and schedule of the domestic helpers.

I limit the capacity of the accommodation to 4 people, for the occupancy of two rooms, including children, (couple with two older children...) for the sake of improved comfort and tranquility for all.

Great stay

Great swimming pool, rustic feel in the villa, everything u need is in there, walking distance to beach and marina, shop as well near to get basic essentials, better than expected, great communication with the owner We will be back

The stay went fine, however, it was a surprise that the owner (an older man) lives in the basement with a cat. Two of us also immediately experienced allergic reactions. The area is unique, so we disregarded the lease's rather poor standard of cleaning and worn-down. We therefore did not use the first floor and some furniture.

Propriété très agréable, très bien équipée. Ambiance cosy et familiale au milieu des pins et sentiers de randonnée. De jolis petits villages provençales et petits ports dans un rayon proche de la villa. Notre petit séjour fut une réussite.Merci

Schöner Pool

Hat uns gut gefallen. Der Pool ist traumhaft, da nur für uns gewesen. Oben im Haus ist es aber zu heiß, die Klimaanlage ist nur unten.

Bon séjour

Le séjour s’est bien passé. La piscine était agréable. Emplacement de la voiture, impeccable point négatif. Le wi-fi coupure de temps en temps. La télévision coupure de temps en temps et le salon manque de confort dommage pour la climatisation, c’était juste dans le salon salle à manger et pas dans le reste de la maison

Nous avons pris note de vos commentaires. Notre soucis est le bien être des vacanciers. Il est vrai que la réception des appareils d'internet et de télévision est irrégulière dans la pinède. Notre antenniste est sur le problème. Pour le confort du salon, notion par ailleurs subjective, nous n'envisageons pas de déconstruire une transmission de famille. Nous vous remercions de votre passage à la villa des Cigales et vous souhaitons des séjours agréables sur Abritel.
