We have stayed at 4-5 different units at Spanish Trace and this one was, by far, our favorite! It was clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked with necessities and the hosts were responsive. The view of ocean was spectacular! As always, the pool was expertly maintained!

Had a great stay this winter , this was our third stay in Ron and Jennifer s unit. Everything you need is there and is as advertised, we love the view from the balcony’s Adirondack chairs over the pool out to beach . Sunrise is beautiful from there also. Will be back god willing next February.

My wife and I have stayed in several vacation condos all over the country and at many in the St Augustine area and this unit may be our favorite. Lots of space, a great view, responsive owners and everything was provided in the unit that we could have wanted. There was even a cast iron skillet and the puzzle in the unit had all of the pieces! It is in a great location with great amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very quiet and safe. The pool was very nice. The grounds were beautiful. It was a very short walk to the beach. The owners were very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect ! The condo was amazing and the host was super responsive and wonderful to deal with. The amenities in the unit were top notch . Comfortable and welcoming . Beautiful views from the patio- pool area was stunning. Had the best vacation !

Comfortable condo, great location

Very much enjoyed our stay. Booking was easy and condo was comfortable. Maintenance and on-site office staff were unpleasant, but otherwise the condo itself, the property owners, and the location were great! Will come again.

Lovely condo. Would stay here again. Great access to beach. Only issue was with the washer. I didnt work, due to very low water pressure. Made owner aware. Didn't let that be an issue though. we brought enough clothes for the time there.

Beach Getaway

The property was beautiful, quiet and well maintained with friendly neighbors. The pool was clean, not overcrowded and the beach was an easy walk away. The condo was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The host was responsive and informed us of everything we needed prior to arrival. I highly recommended this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

We grew up and currently live in the St Louis, MO area. We have been married for 35 years and have 2 kids and 1 grandchild.

We've been coming to northeast Florida since the 80's. We love, love, love this beach! It is wide and rarely crowded. We love this property because it is a small complex and the pool is never crowded and is private. This condo is right next door to a beach access and is walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping.

Being on the top floor allows for better views the beach and ocean with less distractions.
