Ocean Front Charmer!

Our OCEANFRONT 2 bedroom, well appointed condo boasts a spectacular sunrise right from the balcony as you sip your morning coffee. It rests on the 3rd floor, making the views of the ocean that much more spectacular and is still just a 5 min walk to a boardwalk leading to miles of beautiful beaches. Features 2 pools (1 heated), 5 hot tubs, tennis courts, a pickleball court, and bocci. Just 10 mins from the fabulous Old Town Historic District.
Must be 23 years or older to rent this unit.




Our small team is always happy to help and responds to questions and concerns between 9am and 10pm EST.

St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort

Parking passes are $25 one time (not daily). You must preregister and purchase via the resort website in advance (instructions and details sent before your stay).

No pets or smoking (inside or on the balcony).

There was a palm tree in the view that we looked around to see the full beach. The weather was to cold to fully enjoy the beach, but looking at the beach was nice.

Everything about this stay was great. The host are incredibly accommodating and the communication is top notch and very thorough! The area is very nice and the condo was very clean and welcoming. Beach front views and very easy access to beach and the area in general. 5 of 5 star, we would definitely stay here again if returning to St. Augustine area!

Check in was easy and quick. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed and was conveniently located for all the activities we had planned. Lots of restaurants nearby (we especially liked Viola's for Italian). The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows in both bedrooms. Would stay here again.

Great amenities. Very relaxing.

Property is amazing. Couple of pools. I think there's four hot tubs. Two easy accesses to the beach. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Great views from the balcony. Everything you could possibly need coffee pot and blender. Two musts at the beach. Very comfy couch. It was so relaxing. We had the best time.

We live on a small off-grid homestead just outside of Asheville, NC. One of our favorite spots to visit has always been St. Augustine, and we won/host multiple properties in the area.

Back at home on the mountain, Maria is a kindergarten teacher, and Butch is a tech entrepreneur. We have two daughters who enjoy school, traveling, and meeting new people. We are so happy to have an excuse to visit the St. Augustine area many many times a year combining our work and play.

Being able to walk to dozens of restaurants of all types and quickly access Publix and Winn Dixie both less than a mile away, means you won't waste your vacation driving around in your car.

When you are ready to get out and explore, you are less than 15 minutes to St. Augustine's historic old town. Entertainment, history, 5-star dining, shopping and so much more await. Imagine if New Orleans and Savannah had a baby - that's St. Augustine!
