Second time staying here and it was just as great as the first. The place is immaculate and feels brand new. Loved having all three floors to ourselves and the beautiful nighttime views from the top deck. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We booked this house last minute and couldn’t have been happier. It’s beautiful, spotless, and in a fantastic location - just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and shops. I’ll admit we were a little hesitant after seeing one review mention cleanliness, but with so many glowing reviews we decided to go for it, and I’m so glad we did! The home was immaculate, well kept, and the view from the 4th floor was incredible. The elevator was also a huge plus. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing place

This was one of the best rentals we’ve had on the north end of Ocean City! The home was fully equipped with everything needed for a great family vacation. Having bikes, chairs, beach tags and umbrella was a much appreciated extra. The family all slept well in the comfy beds and the little ones loved the bunk beds! Thank you for helping us make some treasured memories

Well maintained home in a great location

This home is only a short walk from the boardwalk. The location was perfect and the home was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated having a driveway to park in and not having to locate parking on the street. The elevator needed reset and Missy responded immediately to resolve the issue. If we return to OCNJ, we would definitely consider renting this property again.

We had a fabulous time! Lots of room for our toddler and easily accessible for grandma! The elevator was an absolute lifesaver for sure! I was able to bike ride everyday on the boardwalk and loved the accessibility of the town. This place is a gem for sure!

Great house and location!

Great time at this house! Good space for two families of four (including a few young kids), great location, and very nice deck spaces. The elevator was a huge bonus when bringing back groceries or getting some rental gear upstairs. Short walk to boardwalk and beach.

Beautiful stay

Our family loved staying at this property. Checking in/out was a breeze and the house was clean, beautiful, modern, and spacious. We definitely enjoyed lounging on the outdoor couch/chairs reading in the late afternoon after the beach. We'd definitely stay here again!

Another great stay

Second time at this property. Great space, nice and clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Apprecaited the beach chairs and the three shovels for beach digging (kids loved them). Everything went smoothly. Love the place!

Beautiful vacation home!

The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the unit! Beautiful home with comfortable furnishings. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need- plenty of dishes, quality cookware and great appliances. We loved sitting on the 2nd floor deck to have our morning coffee, to read a book, or to enjoy an evening cocktail- great outdoor space with plenty of room. The sunshades were a plus. Beach cart, beach chairs and beach badges were very much appreciated. Kids were happy to have the bikes available. Property manager Missy was very helpful and responded quickly! Would highly recommend this property!

Family Beach Week

Enjoyed a great week with our our children, their spouses and our granddaughter. Beach chairs and bikes were very convenient. Short walk to the beach, but beach cart was a lifesaver.

My Review

This is a lovely unit with Upgraded appliances, and furniture, and spacious outdoor space. Not as close to beach and boardwalk (rides, shops and arcades) as described. The beach chars and caddy was a godsend though. The elevator was not working for a day or so but the property manager reacted right away. She did the best she could to get resolved quickly. Without it there are a lot of stairs to navigate.

Our favorite place so far!

This property was perfect for our needs—beautiful and impeccably maintained. We could have sworn it was brand new and we were the first people to stay there! The elevator is a major convenience, and the three decks were perfect for lounging, with different levels of sun exposure. Plenty of sleeping space if you have family or guests come down for a day or two. Superb taste in decorating. It’s also nice to have all four floors to yourself, as opposed to some units being split. Thanks for making our family’s vacation so wonderful with this gorgeous home!

Great OC Stay for a large family

Our stay was excellent! The home was immaculate, spacious, well-appointed, and as advertised. Check-in and out was easy and clear. Having three floors of living space was super helpful to provide privacy when needed for family members. The garage had a great set-up of modern bikes and beach gear that we took advantage of while still having room for the car. Outdoor shower and grill too. It was a great place!

Great location

House was perfect for me and my family. Close enough where my teenage boys and their cousins could walk to the boards every night. Short walk to the beach. House had everything we needed.

Great Stay, Great Place

Property was great. Kitchen well stocked. Hand soap there and comforters and pillows. Beds were comfortable and fit a family of 6 great. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay again. Great beach chairs and beach cart, had a few extra shovels which the kids greatly appreciated. Thanks for the great stay! It was wonderful!!!

Great Second Stay

We had a great second stay and would come back again! Missy is a perfect host and even made a few improvements from our 2021 stay including new kitchen supplies, extra toiletries, and additional power strips. The house is clean, but also included useful cleaning supplies for our stay (love the high quality vacuum!). and Missy is extremely responsive. We love 3rd Street because it is quiet with easy access to the beach and boardwalk. We are excited to continue to build on our OCNJ traditions at this home!

Perfect family vacation

This vacation home has everything you need to kick back and relax. Just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach, made easy with the beach cart, chairs, beach umbrella and beach tags. The elevator is great when bringing the luggage and vacation gear upstairs or down. Thoughtful touches like multi-outlet cords at bedside were nice. Sitting on the outside porches and decks with their retractable sun screens was so relaxing. This place is a winner.

Perfect Ocean City Getaway

The property was clean, new, and beautiful. It was in an excellent location and close to everything. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors and it was a big positive to have Pessano's right next door to get anything that we needed The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed. Our family ranging in ages from 11-67 all had a fantastic time in this beautiful property.

Perfect house for a vaca

We stayed for a week and it could not have been more perfect! House was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great location, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and comfort!!!!The owner got back to me right away with answers to questions. We loved it!
