The property was beautiful and the location was close to the beach and we could walk to Wawa, Acme, ice cream shops, and Hoy's. The owners were very helpful and the property had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was only half a block from the beach which was ideal. We didn't notice from the pictures or the description that it was a second floor condo so that created a little bit of a challenge. The kitchen was well equiped. The only thing we didn't feel comfortable using was the grill which had a build up of grease.

Outdoor shower was amazing as was the short walk to the beach. Kitchen had all the utensils you needed and the family room was comfortable. We had an awesome time being together! The house was perfect for all our kids and grandkids but you just have to watch the stairs.

Amazing location to beach!

We had the best time staying at this home. Everything we needed was available. There was plenty of space to hang out. We had all the beach chairs, bikes, and umbrellas we needed. Our host were super easy to communicate with and we can’t wait to go back. We highly recommend this property for a fun getaway.

Short walk to a beautiful beach!

The property is very clean and the hosts, Beth and Jack, are very hospitable! We brought our two daughters and four grandchildren and had a wonderful week at the beach! This home is close to everything and only a five minute walk to the sand! We loved the tennis courts (1 block away) and played there for two of the mornings. The kids loved the playground, right beside the tennis courts, and the mini golf (3 blocks away). Randazzo's Pizza Shop is also a block away and their pizza is fabulous (we ate there twice). The kitchen has everything you'll ever need and the home was very kid friendly - lots of games to play and plenty of beach chairs in the garage. Thanks Beth and Jack.

This property was in the perfect location. So close to the beach and close enough to anything else we needed. The living room and kitchen were great hang- out places to play games and eat dinner together. We had a little one with us and the master had plenty of room for a pack & play. Plenty of extra beach chairs , etc if you need them. The bikes were a huge plus - so fun! Thank you for helping us have a great vacation!

Nice stay at Beach Block; Spacious 4BR in Ocean City

Modern, comfortable second-floor property with ample room for our party of eight. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and the hosts were gracious enough to provide lots of condiments, soaps, cleaning materials and paper goods. Garage had lots of bikes and beach equipment, as well as a nice propane grill. Easy walk to beach. Would stay here again.

Great house with a perfect location

We loved our week at the beach and this is our 2nd year renting this house. The central location is perfect, being within walling distance to restaurants, a playground, wawa and the grocery store. The boardwalk is a short bike ride or car ride away. The beach is one short block away, which was perfect for our family. The beach at this street is huge compared to the Ocean City Beaches on the single digit streets. The house had everything we needed, including beqch chairs, toys, and bikes in the garage. I would definitely reccomend, unless someone in your party has mobility issues, as there is only 1 entrance that has a full flight of stairs to enter.

Wonderful beach house close to the beach

We had a great stay at this beach house. They had everything that was needed to have a great week. Garage was full of beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes and toys. Super clean and comfortable. Hosts were easily accessible and very helpful. We hope to return next year!

Clean and great location!

We were so grateful to find Jack’s place available on short notice when our original place to stay was cancelled at the last minute! He was very responsive and accommodating. The home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and there were even bikes and chairs available for use. It is a very short walk to the beach. Perfect for our group!

Perfect location, great week with the family

Our family had a grear week at this beach house. It was perfect for our extended family amd 2 small children. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and it was a short walk to the beach. The garage with bikes and beach equipment was a bonus. We hope to stay here again next year!

A/C

Although a major appliance such as air conditioner is never planned by anyone, we felt we had to negotiate $ back when a more appropriate amount should have been offered. The a/c was not repaired until more than halfway through the vacation. There is a minisplit in family/room kitchen but the bedrooms were almost 90 degrees and with rain, windows could not be open.

Perfect place for our trip!

Beautiful house

We booked a two-day stay here at the last minute to be with family nearby for a memorial service. The owners quickly responded to our request and couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s a beautiful house in a great location, fully stocked kitchen and everything you could need. We hope to return for a real vacation!

Lovely place. Great for families with kids!

We really enjoyed our time at the house! Everything was as described on the website. All rooms are nice and clean. Kitchen is well equipped with lots of plates, cutlery, pots and pans, condiments and everything you need. There are even beach chairs and bikes in the garage. The owners were very pleasant and easy to get a hold of. We definitely want to come back to this place next year!!

Wedding in Sea Usle

We so enjoyed the house! The house is decorated so nice, clean and bright. Bedrooms and linens look so pretty. Beds very comfortable. Even though it wasn’t summer we enjoyed the porch almost everday. Location so close ti rhe beach and stores. Walked to get pizza and delicious sandwiches. And it was a true pleasure wirking with the owners Beth and Jack.

The best things in life are the people we love, the places we have been, and the memories we have made along the way.

We are a large close-knit family that loves to spend time together and travel. Collectively, we have been to Ireland, Scotland, England, Australia, Italy, Portugal, Canada, Mexico, France, Germany, Czech Republic, Hawaii, the Caribbean, and Puerto Rico and hope to continue to see great places all over the world.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We were not regular travelers to Ocean City when we were younger, but when we started looking for a house we immediately fell in love with it. It has the perfect balance of activities, with the ability to get away from the regular grind and relax with each other and enjoy the beach, golfing, walking, biking, games, and of course a trip or 2 to the boardwalk.

We looked at homes all over the island, and for us, this was the perfect spot. We are close to all the necessities, yet we are located away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. The beach is right across the street. This location allows us to routinely walk/bike into Somers Point or go the other way to explore the south end of the island.

The large open concept allows us to share the house with our very large extended family.
