Perfect family house!

Great beach house for large families

Wonderful beach house, perfect location, easy to access the beach, great storage under house for bikes and beach chairs. Everyone had a bedroom and private bathroom. Looking forward to being here next summer.

Excellent Property, Sweet Family Memories

Beach Vista One was an excellent property for our six children and eleven grandchildren. The access to the beach and the swimming pool on the back deck gave options for water fun. The house is well furnished with excellent amenities. We had a few issues (upstairs A/C, WiFi, and dishwasher) which were addressed promptly by customer service. We had a great family gathering with many sweet memories for the years to come.

Lovely family reunion home!

We loved our family visit. The house easily accommodated 20 adults and 3 kids. Almost all rooms having a private bath was great! We're already talking about booking for next year.

Family vacation

Family Vacation

The house was in a great location and wonderful that each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen and living room area was awesome for everyone together. The kitchen is lacking many things such as kitchen towels and kitchen utensils. Overall I would stay here again with a large group.

Great house!

The house was beautiful and location was great! The pool is not heated, but that didn’t stop our kids in December. It was a great environment to relax and enjoy with the family! Definitely would recommend for larger groups!

Very good for the price

This house was great for what we needed. Multiple families with lots of small children. Beds were comfortable and location is amazing. We had a few minor things on arrival and they took care of them promptly. There were a few other small things I communicated to the owner they should resolve at some point, but didn’t cause a problem. Only wish was that the pool was cleaner/clearer.

Collegiate Swimming Training Trip

This was the perfect place for our swim team— makes and one house and females in the other with coaching staff in each. Despite the unusually cold weather, the team still spend each day on the beach. Wonderful location and plenty of space.

Great location with some issues!

We loved the number of bedrooms and baths. Wonderful location. We also loved the drink refrigerator, the separate ice maker and the very large pantry. Unfortunately, this home is in desperate need of an update. Tired, old, unattractive furniture and decor. Needs fresh paint inside and out. Inadequate refrigerator space. Inadequate number of plates and bowls. No plastic cups for use by the pool. The pool tech only come once during our stay. By our 5th day at the property the pool water was very dirty. The tech came on our 6th day and the water cleared up but the pool was never vacuumed. The biggest issue was the HVAC. The air conditioning on the first floor was not working properly on the day we checked in. Vacasa sent a tech out that day but whatever he did was only a very short fix. Many calls later the air was repaired, on our third day at the property. Not what we expected when we booked a "luxury" property.

Family vacation

The house was very nice with beautiful views & great beach access. A few items in the house were broken, but nothing we needed .. the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The house is huge & very roomy. Overall a great week.

Great House

The house was great and very spacious to fit all 22 of us. It was clean and well accommodated. The pool is smaller then anticipated but was very clean. One of the bed frames from the upstairs bedroom was broken and the bathrooms facing the hotel need curtains! There was no privacy since they can see inside. So I would pay attention to that. The house also had plenty of beach toys/chairs. Our stay overall was great and we had an amazing time.

Beautiful New Construction

The home is beautiful new construction and right on the beach. It’s very spacious and has more than enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready at the same time. Having your own pool, gives a cooler option if it’s a hot day on the beach. It still looks over the beach so you don’t feel like you’re missing out on the waves!

This home is very nice, very spacious, great location! there were many minor repairs that could make this a 5 star! It is also worth mentioning that it is a construction zone as other homes are currently being built alongside this one.
