Cute, clean, great location

Title says it all. Cute above garage apartment, great location in the "SOHO" Hyde Park area, surrounded by amazing restaurants and things to do. The only small complaint is thr roadside parking, I dont see why I couldnt park in the driveway.

Exceptional!

I traveled to Tampa to visit my daughter for Mother's Day and this one bedroom studio was exceptional! It had everything I needed and it was clean, organized and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, coffee shops, the movie theatre and Bayshore boulevard for walking, running or bike riding. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Gorgeous little place

We came into town for a music festival and enjoyed staying in this Vrbo. Felt comfortable with our time away from home. We definitely will be staying here again if when we come back to Tampa

Wonderful Place, Excellent Location

If you have never been to Hyde Park in South Tampa, this place has everything you would want for a trip with your significant other. Spacious studio, clean, all amenities you could ask for. It's steps away from one of the most famous steakhouses in the world and easy walking distance to very nice restaurants. Check in was easy, and the place is quite private. Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway

This was a great little place in a quiet part of town. We walked to a couple restaurants and bars. The place was clean and very quiet. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place in a wonderful location

This garage studio apartment is perfect for someone looking for a wonderfully located, overnight stay. Guests should be aware that there are quite a few steps to reach the apartment and that there is not a full kitchen. However a sink, half fridge, microwave, coffee maker and essential housewares are perfect for an overnight stay. Parking is on the street, but the neighborhood is safe and there is always a free spot nearby. The location is fabulous for walkable dining spots. It was perfect for us and we will definitely stay there again.

Husband and I came from Iowa for Tampa wedding. Absolutely loved the house! Extremely nice neat and clean. Very modern amenities. Everything we needed. We had family guests come New Year’s evening for wine and pizza. The house had plenty of room for 10 guests. Everyone gushed over-the experience. Would definitely come again with a larger group to stay overnight. Very close to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Owner and manager were both extremely helpful and communicative. a happy New Year’s experience! * Had dinner at on swan and Tampa, both lovely restaurants on Swan Avenue. Cute little Italian restaurant a couple of blocks up the street with very nice people. Great shopping about a mile walk in Hyde Park Village. Easy to find your way around. The 7-Eleven on Howard has beer and wine.

A time was had

We came to Tampa for the Beyoncé concert and this looked like a great place to stay. It was just me and my friend, we are both girls and it felt very safe. The studio was very clean and comfy. The neighborhood looked nice and safe as well. Over all definitely recommend if you want to go on a small trip with a friend or partner.

This studio is perfect for exploring the Hyde Park Village and all of the wonderful things to do in the area. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the best food and shopping in Hyde Park Village.

Great Tampa getaway

This was a perfect place to stay during a girls’ trip to Tampa. The area is very cute with several restaurants within walking distance. We normally stay on the bay front but this was even better! Very clean, cute and quiet. Would stay again.

Best neighborhood anywhere!

This studio apartment was perfect. Clean, nice and in one of the nicest neighborhoods we have ever been to. We didn’t read close enough to realize there is no kitchen…so be prepared. But the place is very nice and perfect for a couple getaway weekend. Very bikable and walkable neighborhood and close to the heart of downtown.

Lovely studio in a great location

Great place and tastefully decorated. Super clean. Walking distance to Bayshore and to the shops in Hyde Park. Great base from which to explore the neighborhood. The owner and managing agent were super helpful and friendly. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Recommend this place to couples looking to stay in the area or looking to attend an event downtown.

Perfect location

My husband I stayed at this property while in a weekend trip without our son. The apartment is perfectly located in Hyde Park close to restaurants and shopping. We will be back!
