Great for families with toddlers

Loved the space and the convenience of the bottom floor. I wanted something that didn’t have a high balcony for my toddlers. I like that this back porch/balcony area also provides some privacy being tucked away in the corner but you can still have a beach view. Also love the pier. You can fish off of it or sit under it for shade.

Had a great trip!! The condo was very spacious and wonderful patio. The furniture needs upgrading...

Easy access to beach and pier! Outdoor pool area was clean! Wish the hedges outside the condo were trimmed so we would have had a better view but over all it was a Wonderful place. We would love to stay again

Condo with Vacasa Management

The Air conditioner was not working when we arrived they didn’t get it fixed for 3 days and then the refund 596.00 which I felt was not adequate express my concerns with them and they said air conditioner was only worth 25.00/day which is crazy. No one goes to the beach and rents a condo to go out in the sun all day and come back to a condo that is 80 degrees, especially with four kids that 1,4,5,11 they couldn’t or would sleep for three days. I have used Vacasa for several years but when we go back next year we will be looking elsewhere

Amazing stay

Worth the money but has issues

Great price for large rooms and bathrooms. The furniture and cabinets are all old and falling apart. But the view, needs and back yard are great. Would stay there again.

Family Time!!!

We love the space and the view is amazing. I love how we got to enjoy outside just sitting and playing with the kids. Also how close the pier and beach is for fishing is awesome.

Great place

Overall the place is amazing. I read reviews about the floor making your get black and was true but to be expected staying at a beach. They did have a outside closet that had beach toys and stuff to crab hunt with. Was overall amazing. The pier was beautiful at night and we even saw sharks. Would stay again.

Great stay!!

We were only there for three nights but the condo was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Extremely clean on arrival. If you are a coffee drinker and have a large group get some cups ahead of time. Only five coffee cups were supplied. Parking is tight but manageable. Overall very nice accommodations!!

Roomy accommodations but unit needs some updating/repairs. Basic price seemed reasonable but extra costs make this unit total price too expensive for delivered product in current state.

The property is very nice.

Our condo rental was nice. Clean and very well appointed with necessities. Plenty of room for six adults and two kids. We had a great view of the beach. My only complaint is the indoor pool. I had hoped that the indoor pool would be heated since it was December.

All good but gnats

All was great. Property was clean. Air worked great. Had lots of gnats though. And bath drained slow. Did NOT like only having one parking spot. Not good for family of 8

Noise Pollution Gives Residences Headache

Property very nice. Two (2) air compressors ran non-stop between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM for 4.5 days of our 5 day stay. It was not relaxing to be in the room. Required elevated conversations to be heard. The compressors were directly below our bedroom window. There was no availability for afternoon rest. CONTACTED Vacasa after 2nd day. They did nothing to compensate our less than desirable stay. 50% return of funds requested. I sent pictures and short video of compressors. Fully documented. I would expect return compensation for uncomfortable stay.

Condo was overall okay. We we very disappointed that pool had been closed for repairs.

We have stayed at Four Seasons many times. I had 13 people at 2 condos. The fact that the pool was not available was major disappointment. We had several days with heat index above 100 degrees. We had people afraid to get in ocean due to the number of shark sightings. Wil probably not come back or use your company again.

The rooms were great , the floors were dirty, our feet were black every time we did not wear our shoes. I went and bought a mop to clean the floors, but it did not do much good. I was disappointed because you could not see the ocean while setting on the deck. Every thing else was great

NOT Staying Here Again

Where to start… first off - we left the property 2 days early because it was so disappointing. immediately upon arrival I notified Vacasa (property manager) of issues - to which NONE were ever resolved, even though I was told multiple times they would be addressed and send someone to help. Tried to leave a review immediately, but we couldn’t leave a review until after checkout date. Vacasa is worthless Issues included but not limited to 1) ACTUAL rats on the patio. Rat poop EVERYWHERE. Patio furniture covered in poop. Never were cleaned, never sat on the patio once. 2) more than 3 lizards loose running around in the condo. They were all small, like 3-4 inches long. But different colors and found in different rooms. 3) there is NO limited overflow parking as advertised. Only two spots. That’s it. Security guard on site said if a car was there after 10pm with no parking pass, we could expect something to happen to the car - verbatim. 4) no internet for first 24 hours on site. No wifi network as advertised available. 5) one toilet didn’t work 6) floors are disgusting. Don’t ever walk barefoot. Found upholstery staples laying in the floor next to the bed. 7) bed in room where my parents stayed was broken, perhaps the box springs or mattress spring were messed up, but half of the bed would roll them off in the floor. 8) the property may be beachfront, but to actually see the beach from your condo is impossible. All that you can see is the ocean in distance. Do NOT recommend.

Condo itself was nice, but needs maintenance

Wii didn't work; bathroom missing most drawer handles; one T.V. didn't work. Some electrical outlets didn't work. Had issue with front door handle and keys weren't working but Kaiser came out immediately and fixed keys and front door. Couple of lamps didn't work or bulbs needed replacing. Pool disappointing. They shouldn't advertise a gym as the equipment was so old and most didn't work. Terrible smell in gym and had to search for someone to let us in. Condo itself was nice, just needs maintenance. The building needs updating, gym and pool needs an overhaul. Condo was nicely decorated and spacious.

Lovely Condo Abysmal Property Management

Room was not ready when we arrived at 4:45. Cleaning gent advised me that he had 7 units to clean that day and they still had one bedroom and floors to clean. Wasn’t ready until 7pm. They Left the dishwasher full- super fun. Dehumidifier was VERY loud. Being awoken to a sandblasting machine outside the front door and pull behind generator running outside the bedroom window was nothing short of insane. I was awoken day 1 to a construction site outside my door and generator outside bedroom windows going full blast- sand blasting the stairwell… 4 hours passed with multiple calls and texts to Vacasa and VRBO before we were given another place to stay. Abysmal customer service in this regard. The fact that I paid for this still makes me sick to my stomach. Pools are not heated. Couldn't access sauna Couldn't access fitness center. Better property management would have made for a wonderful stay. But the service was 100% substandard and for that reason I will never rent a Vacasa ran property.

Rent a cops on a power trip

Condo was okay. People had mentioned fruit flies in earlier posts. Still a problem but I did not want chemicals sprayed around my family so we dealt with them. Mattresses need to be replaced in some bedrooms. Security guards are a joke and only there to harass guests for not following every rule. 23 open parking spaces and they chose to tow my vehicle. It was storming when I went to move it and I thought I would wait. Fell asleep and went out next morning it was gone. Other family vehicle was ticketed for not having parking tag visible, the rent a cop had to put the “ticket” under the wiper right over the permit. They ruined a family trip. Will not stay here again due to these poor excuses for security guards. They cannot or will not knock on a door before towing a vehicle. Sad excuse for professionalism, courtesy and guest relations.

Great condo- need better maintenance/cleaners

Loved the size, layout and convenience of this condo! Perfect for our family with children and a handicapped veteran vacationing with us. Courtyard was perfect for the kids to play and the adults to lounge. The condo had several issues that we brought to the attention of the management group and it was never dealt with nor rectified while we were there. The first thing we brought to their attention was that the floors appeared to be clean but after the baby crawled around on the floor and we walked around barefoot, our feet was black on the bottom and the baby had black hands and knees. So I thought a cleaning crew would come in and at least mop but when that did not happen, I decided to do it myself. The mop was black and disgusting so I went and purchased a mop and cleaned the floors myself! (I will be asking for a refund for the mop! I left it there for the next renters!) The second thing is that the bedroom with the full size bedroom had a toilet that either run constantly or it would not flush at all. The fitted sheet did not fit well and kept popping off so I purchased one at a thrift store and put it on the bed. The mattresses in the twin bedroom need replacing. They have seen much better days. When your “hind end” fits down in a low spot of a mattress, it pretty much means that the springs are shot and it’s time to replace. The final issue we had AND reported was the dryer. It needs to be replaced or maintenance as well. We had to run the drying cycle 2 and 3 times to get items to dry completely. Needless to say, quite aggravating when you need to wash and dry towels for 10 people! When I reported it to the rental company, they told me that someone would come fix it. That was on Wednesday and we left on Saturday and we never seen anyone and no one called. So we had to take home dirty clothes and wet beach towels which I’m sure will smell lovely when we get home. A dryer is overdue for sure. One other thing I will add is that the dish inventory needs a little addition. It had a great supply of cooking utensils , pots and pans, etc. The plates were plentiful, but there were only 3 soup/ cereal bowls, 7 or so juice glasses, several whisky and/or alcohol glasses and around 3-4 drinking glasses. Made it rather hard to have 8 people to drink out of glasses. Other than that, the condo is great and we had a wonderful time.
