This condo has side beach view from smaller living room. Balcony faces the road. Check in was simple and were able purchase enough parking passes. Getting on elevator to your room at check in at 430 was a complete nightmare. It took over an hour to make it to the room. Beautiful condo and gorgeous pools. Power went out 3 time while visited.

This was an amazing rental. It was large and comfortable for all who stayed. The 4 king beds were absolutely necessary for our party. The condo pools, slide, lazy River, indoor pool, multiple jacuzzis and beach access could not have been any better. To top that there was a nice bar and grill pool side that made it even more convenient. It was a perfect location close to everything that stretch of sand has to offer. There was a broken top on 1 stool, and the kitchen sink faucet handle kept falling off - but these are minor fixtures that could be fixed. Great overall experience.

The unit was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our party which consisted of 4 couples. The only negative was the elevators or lack of elevators. Always having to wait for one sometimes over 15 minutes.

Beautiful, relaxing condo; fantastic facility with great amenities. We spent most of our time in the lazy river!!! It was divine However, the elevator wait was horrendous, at times!!!! Thank you for making our family beach vacation a lovely and enjoyable time

Good/bad/ugly...mostly good

So upon entry. Easy check in process and key code entry makes easier than carrying cards or keys so this part extremely nice. Now be cautious to fully read and not be fooled by pictures. This is not facing ocean. Balcony is on the front of building facing bay. Not a terrible thing just have always had ocean view. Back to check in, parking also seems to be a little ridiculous...60 per car limit 2 and still not guaranteed to have a parking spot every time you leave and come back. Need to work on that I think. Elevator situation, sometimes you wait up to 45 minutes. Very busy location. Lots of people but still a very nice building. Room, cable box missing in one room, things broke, door knobs bent up, all the pictures were extremely crooked (like on purpose hahahaha)many scraps and scars and dishwasher was broke and ended up being replaced. Now the good stuff. Beautiful decor and wonderful layout. Loved three bedrooms have their own baths for extra privacy for couples. Two living areas to spread out in when you get tired of being on top of each other. Plenty of space, big balcony and now a new dishwasher. Close to many attractions and even though balcony isn't overseeing the beach, the condo itself is on the beach. With slides, games, lazy river, indoor and outdoor pool, many games outside and on-site restaurant it truly did make for a good stay. Management also made it so much better to deal with.

Absolutely Incredible!

Our group had an amazing time. This property is really spectacular! Beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. And is also part of the lovely Oasis Resort which offers many fun activities as well as lots of great amenities while conveniently located directly on beautiful Orange Beach. Can’t wait to return!

Oasis

Overall this condo was amazing and five stars. Very nice, spacious, big rooms all with bathrooms, updated amenities, great. Property management was super responsive and easy to work with. My only complaint is the check in instructions provided stated: “ Every car in your party will need a pass. Each pass is a one time fee of 60.00 (subject to change). ”Therefore, we were under the impression we had to purchase 2 separate parking passes for each vehicle. We did it online for smoother check in. When we got to the desk to pick them up they handed us 4 passes and told us each purchase COMES with 2 passes. The instructions continue to say you are only allowed 2 vehicles max so why they would give us 4 passes was confusing? We asked for a refund due to the misunderstanding and they quickly said no and would not discuss it further. We even asked if we could have a credit for the restaurant instead of a refund and again was immediately told no. That’s extremely disappointing and frustrating to not even consider it.Overall the condo itself was amazing but the property management handling check in on site was rude and dismissive.

Great condo that had everything needed for our entire family.

We loved all of the pools and lazy river. Adult pool and updated splash pad were a great upgrade from our visit last year. Love the facilities!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owner did a wonderful job of making this unit stand out from the rest. The kitchen, bar and bathroom vanities were beautifully done! The space is huge and plenty of room for a large family. The Gulf view from the floor to ceiling windows off the entry is beautiful, as is the Gulf State Park View from the balcony. Some of the amenities by the management company could be better. Low linen/bedding options, extra blanket in the master needs to be laundered (smelled like dog), super cheap bar soap in the bathrooms, no hand soap in the kitchen, not enough towels for an extended stay of more than a night or two. The sofa in the entry needs to be replaced, as springs are popping up making it very uncomfortable to sit on, and that is the only place to see the ocean in the apartment, pillows on living room sectional are completely flat and useless. Some minor maintenance issues that can be easily fixed such as loose toilet paper holder in master and loose faucets. Kitchen faucet is also broken. All in, it’s a gorgeous place that would be great for 4 couples, families, or a girls’/boys’ trip. Just needs a little more attention to a few minor issues and it would be great!

Beautiful views and lots of space!

We vacationed with our whole family and had plenty of room to space out. The condo was beautiful. We had trouble with the ice maker (user error) and someone was sent promptly to help us figure it out. Very attentive ! We were disappointed there were not any chairs or ocean toys in the condo, but not a deal breaker by any means. Would suggest some extra linens and towels. We will def book again! Location was great and the kiddos loved the pool, splash pad, and lazy river!
