Great Rental for the Family!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and it qss perfect! Close proximity to the beach, pools, restaurants, and everything else you need! The house was stocked with essentials and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and a toddler. Highly recommend!

Great getaway!

We took a family spring break trip and loved this property. After coming to this area for 8 years it was nice to try a new space. The community is fun, security does a great job keeping the chaos down, pool is beautiful, and the home is comfortable!

Great property with state of the art appliances.

Nicely decorated house with the latest greatest appliances. Only a short walk to pool and short tram ride to beach. Centrally located in the community.

Great Location!

Our experience was great. The check in/check out process was very easy and convenient. The house was very well stocked and clean when we arrived. There are several Tram stops very close to the house that will take you to the beach and back. The bikes are comfortable and come in handy riding around to the shops or the morning market. Highly recommended!

Quick Spring Break Trip

This house was in a great location! It was close to everything we wanted! We liked the house, but it wasn’t fancy. Tough to lounge and the beds weren’t the most comfortable. We stayed one less night than we had planned for this reason as the rain forced us indoors. The booking process was easy. No contact with real people but that was fine with us!

Great location

Our stay was great! I would only say that there were a few maintenance issues like no lights in closets, both porch lights burned out,missing cover for bath exhaust fan and some command strips from previous guest left on the wall. Also it wouldn’t be a bad idea to provide some Kleenex. Just a few items for up keep is all

Perfect location

Beds were comfortable and the owners had everything you might need. The only issue we had was that the dryer didn't work well. The dryer vent was broken and made drying clothes a bit of a chore. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect.

Loved it!

Loved the house. Location was great, you could work or take the tram. Trams were always available and ready to go. Great beach house vibes all around. Great communication and response from management. The toaster was broken, they had a new one there within 24 hours which was great. Only thing they need to fix is that the bedroom door to the downstairs bedroom doesn’t shut completely. So even if you try to lock it, you can just push the door open. Since the bedroom door is adjacent to the kitchen (ie, not out of the way) our 2-year old kept pushing the door open on our in-laws. We had to put the garbage can in front of the door to keep her from going in there so they had some privacy. Not a iihuge deal (though I think it slightly annoyed my mother in law!). We would definitely stay here again.

Family & Friends Beach Trip

We stayed in the rental for a college friends reunion trip with our families. We weren’t told by the management company that we needed to check in with the neighborhood to get bands and parking passes. This was inconvenient to learn after the fact. We saw the cleaners finish cleaning the house by 12, but the management company didn’t contact us to let us check in early so plan to check in at 4. The neighborhood for the home is nice. We walked or biked to dinner. The beach was beautiful, but guests are limited to only use a specific part because their are private beaches to the left and right. No tents are allowed, only umbrellas. The beach does get filled (in July anyway) since everyone is restricted to a small area. The tram stop is not far from the house, sometimes there was a wait for the tram. The staff was very nice. The fridge wasn’t working the first day. We bought butter and placed in the fridge and it turned to room temperature. The issue self resolved overnight, maybe it was left open too long during cleaning. We informed the management company. The house did have a lot of basics, which was very nice like trash bags and laundry detergent. The closets were spacious and had hangers! There were plenty of towels. The beds were a little uncomfortable. The kitchen has basics but could use smaller size pots. There were some games for the kids. Pro tip buy any groceries before getting to the area. We ran out of water, and the case was $12 at the neighborhood mart.

La Dolce Vita vacation

Our stay at La Dolce Vita In Seacrest Beach was very nice. The property was really nicely appointed and provided all the amenities that we needed. Other than the fact that it rained everyday during our time in Florida, we still had a wonderful trip. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in Seacrest.

My new Favorite area of Florida

House and neighborhood was amazing. Highly recommend. Beach trolly was great. Can’t beat the location.

House Reivew

Wonderful location in Seacrest. Super Clean. Everything you need. Easy Check in and departure. Bikes a plus. I would recommend and will be staying there again. Also Carpet were just cleaned.

Perfect!

Everything about our stay was great. This property couldn’t have been more perfect for my family. The kitchen was very well stocked and made cooking easy. The kids loved the bunk beds and trundle. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
