We had a fantastic time at this vacation property! The location was absolutely perfect — the beach views were breathtaking and truly made the trip memorable. The property itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The lagoon pool was spectacular and provided a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy basking in the sun with family. Communication with the host was excellent — they were quick to respond and super helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

What an overall great experience. This home is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our family of of eight and a baby. We had lots of room for socializing, as well as lots of room in our bedrooms when wanting to have some alone time. The location of this unit is perfect as it’s right outside the pool. Everyone enjoyed the location and all the features Seaside / 30A had to offer. Walking, bike riding, beach or pool, shopping, dining out or dining in, the entire experience was totally enjoyable, relaxing, and just what my family needed to spend some time together. The safety and security of the area is very apparent and was never bothersome or overwhelming. Everyone at itrip was very accommodating and quickly willing to help out if needed.(see Wine Down 30 a review) Thanks again to all the nice folks at itrip. Hope to see you soon.

Two thumbs up!

The property at Seacrest was awesome. Nice to be so close to the pool. The condo itself is well maintained and has a great floor plan / plenty of room for our entire family. Best part of the experience was definitely the customer service. Our trip happened to be close to Helene, and the staff was so accommodating providing lots of communication. If you don’t end up going with this particular property then I’d look for something else offered by iTrip - you won’t regret it!!!

Great Layout and Location

We loved our stay! My husband and I went with our 3 kids under 5 and my parents. The layout fit our needs perfectly where everybody was comfortable the whole stay. Spacious rooms and walk out straight to pool area.

Fall Break

The condo was beautiful decorated, clean, and very well stocked. We love the fact that we could walk out to the pool from the back patio. The condo was close to the beach , shops and restaurants. We would definitely come back next year. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with.

Family Vacay Paradise

We had our adult children and one grandchild together for a week, and this was the perfect location. Steps away from the pool and a short walk or tram ride to the beach. The back porch was our favorite place for meals and sitting while the baby was napping. The green space by the lagoon pool, was perfect for our little one to run around and explore. We had been to the area before with just the two of us and when we found this listing we knew where it was, and that the location and being on the first floor would be good. It exceeded our expectations! The beds were comfy, and it was immaculate. It may be a few years, but we hope to come back again.

Needs better maintenance people

I will start with the condo was very clean, location was great & they had all the household necessities including a coffee pot & keurig (even though all the emails & listing states they only have a filtered coffee pot. The 1st day we noticed a leak under the kitchen sink. Guy came out & couldn’t fix it so he turned off the water & instructed us not to use it. He had to get a new part & would be back the next morning. He never showed. I reached out again when he didn’t come back. Then we had an issue that the back door wouldn’t open. A different person was sent & he looked at the sink as well as the door. We also told him the AC was now no longer working. He left without saying anything & nothing was fixed. Reached back out again to property management & was told he was coming back to fix everything. Sink & door fixed. We were told the AC was also fixed but it wasn’t. They finally told me at almost 8pm they were sending an AC tech. At 9:41pm we were told the unit needed a new compressor & there was nothing they could do. I requested fans & was told they didn’t have anyone who could do that as well as the person I was communicating with said they couldn’t drive at night. We will never stay here again or any property that is ran by iTrip Vacations.

Fun Trip at EZ Come EZ Geaux

Our family had a wonderful time staying at EZ Come EZ Geaux in Seacrest Beach ! The accommodations are very nice, comfortable, and roomy. The location can't be beat. From the ground floor patio you are literally steps to the very large pool. The various area beaches are either a walk or short tram ride across the street, or a short drive to Inlet Beach or Camp Helen. Also, walking or bicycling distance to both Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach towns. The folks at ITrip are very friendly and are there to help answer any questions should they arise. We had a great vacation !

Favorite Spot on 30A!

We so enjoyed our girls trip at EZCome, EZ GEAUX! The home was pristine, well stocked and cozy! The owners thought of our every need and we had everything at our fingertips. And such an easy walk, bike ride or shuttle to the beach. The pool area is fantastic! I give this home 5 out 5 stars and plan to return next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect for family

We had a great stay in n the condo. It was the cleanest condo I had ever stayed in. It was two groups of us both with children ranging from 1 to 11. Super close to pool and the walk to beach wasn’t bad at all. The beach area for the condo was very small so we just drive to the public beach at inlet and it was perfect. We loved how close the shops were and getting up in the mornings to walk for breakfast and coffee.

Overall Assessment

We really enjoyed being close to the pool and having a short walk to the beach. The condo was well equipped but the bicycles were not in the best condition so only went on a short ride.

Frustrated

I’m really not one to complain, but when we arrived there was feces in the master toilet and the whole condo reeked of smell. We bought toilet cleaner, there was already a brush and we tried to clean it and eventually the brown marks went away. It had been there for a long time. Also, we never could get the master TV to work right, there would be channels that would show up after you slowly went through them, but never anything worth watching. We were on vacation and wanted to get in bed and watch tv and never had the chance. We also were told we would get a credit for bikes, which we did and then spent $150, however we got to the condo and the code for the bikes was available for us to use (which we didn’t.) The condo worked for our family space-wise, but I was pretty disappointed by some of the issues and amenities.

We really enjoyed the condo!

We really enjoyed the condo! It was perfect and well stocked with all our needs! The location was perfect! Everyone in the Seacrest was friendly and accommodating. We did have to wait for our armbands on the first day so we could access the pool and beach. I understand they were very busy with Saturday check ins but it seems there should be a more efficient process. The Seacrest community is absolutely beautiful and so clean! The beach, however is way too small for the amount of people in the community. There are cones that you can’t go beyond because of “private” beaches. We are not familiar with private beaches coming from the Carolinas. We drove to Inlet beach each day to the public access which had much more space! We would live to visit again. We loved EZ Come , EZ Geaux! The best co do we’ve ever been in.

Family Vacation

The property was excellent for our group. The children LOVED being so close to the pool. The only issue was with beach access. We were there the week of July 4th. I started a month ahead of time trying to rent beach chairs and was unable to get any. If you did not have beach chairs rented that week it was pointless to try and go to the beach where the tram drops you off. There was no room. They also don't allow tents in that area of the beach which made it impossible for us since we had to children ages 2 and 4 who could not be in the sun all day with no tent. The property is excellent if you want to enjoy the excellent pool but NOT for true BEACH lovers.

Great property, crowded beach

The property was great. It fit my family and our parents perfectly. My only complaint was the beach. The area has so much beach service that if you’re not there at 4am to set up chairs, you can’t get front row. However, that is not the property’s fault, the property itself is top notch.

Great Location

This place has a great location. Near a tram stop for beach, but also, not a far walk to the beach, shops, and local restaurants. It is steps from the pool. The house is fully equipped. We didn’t need for kitchen gadgets, and there were plenty of towels. We had trouble getting the dryer to dry things completely and had to run a load through multiple cycles. I understand that DEEP cleans aren’t entirely possible, between guests, but the floors could have been cleaner. Aside from these things, we would definitely stay here again!
