This house was literally perfect. It was clean, well stocked, the view was amazing, just so good. Carolyn was very accommodating and very responsive. Very very happy with the stay!

Great Vacation

Cooper’s Nest is such a beautiful home! With its spacious layout and tranquil surroundings, it was just perfect for our family. We enjoyed our evening gatherings on the lovely outdoor porch and enjoyed delicious dinners together. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, making it easy to whip up all our meals. Plus, there were plenty of beach and pool supplies ready for us to use, a good collection of movies and books to enjoy, and even a basket filled with sheets and toys for our dog!The short boardwalk down to the beach was a breeze, and having a private pool made our hot afternoons so much more enjoyable. Overall, it’s truly an exceptional place! The host and management team were incredibly responsive, answering all our questions before our arrival. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot and would absolutely book it again!

Wonderful property

Beautiful home, plenty of space for our party of 8. House was supplied with plenty of cleaning supplies and cooking essentials, which was great since we cooked a lot! And plenty of beach supplies as well! We had an amazing week here with our family!

Great kid and dog friendly private getaway

We had a wonderful time with private access to the beach which was ideal! The house was kid and dog friendly which was amazing! Super safe with two well secured balconies and the beach walkway for the entire family. We were also very pleased with the second story balcony being completely screened in, this allowed to open the doors during the night. Lastly, the beds were very comfy, this is not always the case so we were very pleased.

Family fun

We brought our 3 adult children and their significant other and our 14 year old labradoodle and a one year old labradoodle. We love the big den, huge table, comfortable sofas for everyone and the view is panoramic and beautiful!! The pool is sooooo much fun! We love this house!!

Beautiful Place - Windy Week

Beautiful and clean. Plenty of beach chairs provided. 2 primary suites were fantastic. Very well supplied kitchen and the upper kitchen/dining/living combo space was awesome!! Only complaints were wind - obvi can’t be controlled - and had double red flags most of week. Just bad luck.

LOVE this house!

This house was perfect for our family vacation, 6 adults and 1 baby. There was enough space for everyone and the house was very well equipped. The management team was beyond responsive and helpful. We had to deal with a 1 nighr evacuation due to Hurricane Idalia, and they couldn't have been more wonderful and helpful.

Amazing House, Amazing View!!

This house is incredible!! Beautifully decorated, wonderful kitchen, personal touches that make your stay so comfortable, and a panoramic view to greet you each morning!!! The stars at night are wonderful from the porches and pool! My dogs had the time of their lives and so did my adult kids!! Finally a beach house that felt like a home!!

Great Getaway

The house was beautiful and well laid out! Well stocked kitchen and also pool/beach supplies. We always sleep with a fan and forgot ours, but no worries, there were spare ones provided at the house! Views and porches were also great! Overall wonderful place to stay!

Our Fabulous Family Vacation

After planning our vacation for months I just want to say that choosing Coopers Nest was a wonderful decision. There were nine of us and we all marveled at the beauty of the house and it’s spectacular views. There was so much room to relax and we took advantage of all the decks and outside pool space everyday we were there. Beach time was extra special with so many amenities provided, we loved the toys, chairs, umbrellas and cart to spend the day in the sun. The pool was heated for us and it was so fun to see my whole family be silly and swim until it was usually time for dinner! Which brings me to the fantastic kitchen…it was so organized and provided everything we needed to cook some amazing meals. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious with super comfy beds that were welcome after our long days of having so much fun. We made memories that will last forever and we all agreed it was the perfect house for our stay and we had a blast at Cape San Blas!

Dreamy Vacation Home on Cape San Blas

Beautiful house. Well stocked kitchen. Gorgeous views and comfy king beds. Only thing that could have made it better were less biting sand fleas at beach. Weather was not great this week but we still had a fantastic vacation. Elevator was nice for heavy items. Lots of extra beach chairs and floats too. Nice pool. We’d definitely rent there again.

Great Time in Cape San Blas

Incredible property with incredible views. House is equipped like a hotel and the attention to detail from the rental group is beyond impressive. We had quite a bit of rain during our stay and spent a fair bit of time in the house, and the fact the house was so well furnished really made the trip. Would give 5 out of 5 stars.

Wonderful week with the family!

Absolutely beautiful property and setting! Wonderful full-time neighbors next door. Plenty of room on the beach each day. Note, the water here is not as clear as we had hoped, but we drove to a beach 5 minutes up the road, which is out of the little cove, and it was clear here. If you walk west on the cove to where it comes to a point, you will be in seashell heaven. Fishing was also seen extensively from the beach each day. Not sure what if anything was caught though as we were not really paying attention or fishing ourselves. We did see a large mixture of wildlife, which we love! A bobcat, alligator, giant rats, birds, frogs, lizards, etc. We actually did not see a single palmetto bug, but do bring bug spray as the gnats were an issue at certain times of the day. We had many people showering, often at the same time, and had no issue with water pressure. Hot water was available almost the moment you turned on the shower, including at the outdoor shower and hose. We loved the layout of the house and the elevator was indispensable with groceries and older grandparents. All of the bedrooms are on the same floor and the common area is on the top floor, which was amazing when the younger children went to be earlier than the rest of us. The sliding door on the top floor was almost impossible to open from the outside, which we mentioned, so hopefully this is being addressed. We had to leave it open a crack when we went out so we could open it. Also, the dining table height with the chairs is not super comfortable for people over 5'8". Our legs didn't fit under very well. We did utilize the counter/bar chairs more and the comfy couches once we were finished eating. The owners are incredibly responsive and helpful, and maintain an exquisite home. We highly recommend this property. ***As a side note, we had pictures taken by Reggie Smith, and he was the best! Book him if you can get him! He grew up in the area and knows the beaches well. Wonderful experience!

Great trip!

My family and I went down for spring break and Easter, the trip was wonderful! House was absolutely beautiful, and everything we could have asked for. The owners supplied everything you could I possibly think of in the house, and also for the beach and pool. Hope to go back again someday soon!

Heaven on earth

It was the most gorgeous place we have ever stayed at it was private it was modern it was spacious it had beautiful views of the ocean it literally took my breath away each time we walked up to the upper level and saw the sun glistening off the ocean, it had every kitchen gadget imaginable the common areas were spacious comfortable the beds were great the pool was heated and amazing the ocean front access was private and exclusive and you felt like you were living the lifestyles of the “Rich and famous “ we love the sound of the ocean as we slept at night and throughout the day ,it was very tranquil especially on the screened in porch with a hammock ,it is far enough away from the busyness but close enough to run into the grocery store if you needed something . It was perfect we will definitely be going back

BEAUTIFUL

Cape San Blas is quiet and relaxing. No, bumper to bumper, traffic and crowded beaches. You can walk for miles on white sand and just hear the ocean and wildlife. There is so much to do here just to name a few things: walk/run/bike on the paved trail, kayaking, fishing on the beach, horseback ride on the beach, explore the National Park, swim in the private heated pool, grill your catch of the day, read a good book on the hammock, play games and that is just to name a few things. The home is spacious and has great ocean views from the windows and balcony from the open floor plan upstairs living room, dining and kitchen area along with the two master suites on the lower level with their shared balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Plus, it has an elevator to transfer groceries, luggage, and individuals who may struggle with stairs to all levels of this home so every member of the family can enjoy the views and balconies. I highly recommend Cooper's Nest for a family retreat.

The Perfect Week

We had such a great time staying here. The house, weather, and proximity to the beach made it a perfect vacation. The elevator was incredibly convenient and the views were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property

This a beautiful and well appointed beach home. The pool is saltwater and is the icing on the cake. Just my family of 3, so we had extra bedrooms, but everything was so easy (beach, pool, nap, eat, repeat). We saw live music at the raw bar in Indian Pass, and shopped/dined in Appalachicola. A great time and place!

Beautiful Beach Home

Beautiful beach home with everything we needed for our family and extended family. We loved the location, proximity to beach, and open layout of the living space and kitchen. Would definitely book again!
