Watersong is perched on the white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico and affords its visitors front row seats to some of the most spectacular vistas in the area. This four-bedroom, gulf front vacation home also includes a private built-in heated pool. Balconies on each level offer stunning vistas of the Gulf.

Once inside the residence, guests will be put at ease with the calming earth tones and open floor plan. This charming beach cottage was designed to capture views from each room in the property. The sounds of waves, warm breeze and sea birds accompany this place of serenity called “Watersong”.

Memorial Week getaway

Great getaway for 7 friends. We played on the beach, cooked a bit, and toured around the area. The house was comfortable with great views, nice balconies, and the cooking basics.

No high rises or crowds of people. I would suggest a large grater for the kitchen, another coffee pot as the one there did not keep the coffee warm. Found a few pieces of trash tucked away in the bedside tables. Other than that, it was perfect!!

Great place to stay!

This home was the perfect place for our family vacation. The beach feels private and is only steps away. We enjoyed being able to sit on the back deck and enjoy the beach view and the sunset. The host provided us everything we needed for our vacation and I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location with amazing views

This place is amazing. Great location right on the beach. Pool is just right. I have only great things to say about this property except the upstairs AC. We are very hot natured and the upstairs AC will only go down to 69 which to most is fine. We let my 9 year old son and elderly in-laws stay upstairs. The main level AC was perfect. Can’t wait to go back.

The house location was ideal not too far from Port St Joe and close to the general store and Indian Pass restaurant. Family loved having the pool so extra bonus. In addition, the beaches were not crowed at all despite being a holiday weekend, a real plus! House was very clean, fully equipped and met all our needs. Be Our Guest were very easy to work with. Even greeted us with a bouquet of flowers.

Another awesome year

We love this home. The beach is amazing and we have the perfect amount of beds for our two families. The only issues are with the pool, which we paid to have heated, was not warm enough. We were not made aware at the time of payment that the heating will only make the water 10 degrees warmer than the air - which is a big deal. Also the dresser in the first master smells of mildew which got in our clothes. Otherwise this spot is incredible for families.

We saw dolphins a few times out in the distance! The pool was absolutely needed since the seaweed was bad in the ocean. The house accommodated all of our wants and needs! Only downfall is that you had to drive 10-15 minutes to the closest grocery or liquor store. Also, the fishing wasn’t the best for the fishermen in our group. The hostess was absolutely friendly and a hoot to work with! Would definitely stay in this house again!

We were at Watersong for about 2 months and it could not have been any better. Devil is in the details....VERY CLEAN, there was enough laundry and dish detergent supplied for our entire stay. Shampoo and conditioner were supplied too. That is a first in 15+ years of vacations. The kitchen is very well stocked. If you are going to be cooking or baking everything we needed was there. Plenty of use of the crockpot and Keurig. It is obvious the owner and BOGVH take great pride in the house. The contractors for landscape, pool and pests were also very friendly and made sure to let us know they were there and what they were going to be doing. With all the choices there are for property management the right choice is BOGVH as their customer service is exemplary.

The Best Family Trip We've Ever Had

The owners provided a regular coffee pot and Keurig, a FULL kitchen (even a crock pot and a huge stock pot). We probably over planned a bit and brought way too much BUT one thing I didn't consider was the possibility of bad weather and they had at least 4-5 board games in the closet. The beds and pillows (which I'm a huge critic of) were both extremely comfortable and for 10 people in the house, everyone was happy and had their own space. Our kids range in ages between 5 to 20 and each one was content and had a blast. The biggest relief for me was the fact that our 5-year old could run to the house by herself, go to the bathroom, grab a snack without fear. Unlike a large hotel / resort, the area was quiet, safe and I had no concerns with her safety.We had a small issue with the wifi and I emailed the property manager. She got back to me within minutes. The issue was self inflicted as someone unplugged it :) But we were unaware until we found the router. Regardless, the property manager was super friendly and very quick to respond.We bounced between the beach and the pool most days. But we also took 1-2 days to go into town to go shopping and eat. We had lunch at Sips and Sliders (my bonus son called the 'Rooster' the best fried chicken he's ever had) and my husband and I celebrated our anniversary at the White Marlin (the red snapper with brussel sprouts was incredible, along with the calamari and chocolate cheesecake). We rented a 2-person kayak through VayKgear and loved every second of it. We actually took it out as we saw dolphins swimming by the house and got about 20 feet away from them. It was truly magical. I can't recommend this property enough. We loved every second and are already planning our next TRIPS back - one with adults only and another trip with the kids. We ca

Incredibly stocked, comes with shampoo in all baths, chairs, and also 10 beach towels! The staff responded quickly to all our needs, even bringing a coffee maker within 30 mins of arriving. My only warning is there are bears in the area that rummage through your trash. We had to pick up because there weren’t locks on the trash cans, but once I asked they came to clean up the trash the next time the bears got into the cans. Just be mindful not to leave items out with food. We would certainly vacation to this home again!

Everyone in our group mentioned multiple times how perfect and beautiful this place was for our stay. The only issue was stairs - however it’s a beach house, there is going to be stairs!! Only wish there was an Elevator. The house was spotless and well maintained. Starter items provided. Customer service was great and communicated quickly with any questions I had! Location: Only a couple minutes from a small general store and a quick 15 min or so drive to the Piggly Wiggly and downtown Port St. Joe. We loved spending time on the porch and the view of the ocean. I liked the fact there was a gate on the porch - my dog thoroughly enjoyed her time out there as well! The beach was not crowded at all- the closest people were a few houses down on each side. After always vacationing in the PCB area, it was nice not having to get up early and fight for a good spot on the beach. The walk to the beach was an easy one, you walked right out the door down the walkway and there it was! We had my grandparents with us and they were able to make the walk with little issues. The pool was a must have for us since we had a baby in the group and a great place for all of us to relax. I would recommend this place to any one in a heart beat!! Already wanting to plan the next family vacation here.
