This place was truly a hidden gem. The location was so perfect and it was a beautiful rental. Could not have asked for a better place to spend our Spring Break.

Great view of inlet and sunsets. Quiet and secure. Pool and splash-pad for kiddos. Good location, straight shot to the beach, about 10 minutes with usual traffic.Minor inconvenience was having to drive to the island past the vacay spot) for keys and then come back to the vacay spot. About 25 minutes extra travel time. The three full baths and the master bedroom view makes up for it though.

Bradenton Trip

We enjoyed our stay in this well maintained property. The condo is in a great location, nicely decorated with a beautiful view. Beaches and restaurants are close by and walking paths are just outside of the property. Great rental!

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful property. It is very spacious, was very quiet and exactly as described online. Our only complaints were that the towels felt like sandpaper and the kitchen pendulum lights had not been cleaned in quite a while.

Overall it was a nice stay. Glad they had curtains on the slide that face the west for the late afternoon sun. Not a clean as we would have liked (M & M's on the floor). For the price you would think there would be a box of face tissue and more than one roll of paper towel. Both the toaster and coffee maker were the cheapest you could get. No salt/pepper, sugar packets etc, absolutely nothing. The use of the lock box was a good idea if it wasn't such a hassle to open.

Great property! Check in was a nightmare.

The property was incredible! We absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, we arrived on a late flight Sunday evening. When arriving at the rental office there was no key for us to access the property. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a maintenance man to come let us in the property. I asked to be called by a manager of AMI and have heard nothing in response.

The view!!

This property, specifically this unit, is one of the best in the complex. The corner balcony has the best vantage point for the best view of Anna Maria island AND Tampa Bay. You can alllmost see the Sunshine Skyway. The unit is extremely comfortable and feels like home. The gated community is hassle free to enter and exit while being very safe. The only possible downfall I could possibly see with this community would be traffic on SR 64 onto the island but hey, if that's the WORST thing then this unit is leaps and bounds above others in the area. Love the water pressure in the shower also!

Perico Island

Very nice condo, convenient location to Bradenton & Anna Maria Island. Condo stocked well with kitchen essentials (dinnerware, glasses, pans etc). No extras that you find at many VRBO properties (no spices, extra paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap). Only given 6 bath towels for the week for 4 guests (sleeps 6). When we called about extra towels we were told 1 towel per bed policy. We were expected to do laundry but only 2 laundry pods supplied. Would expect at least 2 towels per bed for unit for a week. Property pool & grills very nice. Check in & parking were not clear & did not get clarification. We had to go to office off property to get key & gate fob because it was not left in lock box as expected. Also would suggest designating a parking spot number vs “park in 2nd spot on right”. That was being used by a resident. Overall nice condo, nice property but not impressed with management company AMI. .

Great Property/Terrible Amenities

We checked in and got one key/fob. This was difficult as we wanted to come and go at different times. In fact, my husband dropped key at baseball game and we went through a lot to get back into gated community. The Pittsburgh Pirates stadium workers opened up ‘Lost and Found’ to give us fob back because we couldn’t wait until next day because we didn’t have a second key fob. Floors were very dirty and lanai floors were filthy, but property manager sent someone to clean. Master closet was full of junk. Beautiful lanai, but no useable furniture. Very cheap stuff that made cracking noises when my husband attempted to sit. So, no enjoying lanai. No beach umbrellas, no bikes, no sand toys and 3 beach chairs (other rentals in area come well stocked). We bought additional chairs, sand toys, good pillows and 2 umbrellas and shipped them home or donated. They said no beach toys because of Covid. Think this is a lazy person excuse as you can wash or hose down beach toys. Other rentals in complex had great amenities. Really cheap pillows and the coffee pot (ya gotta be kidding me) was a joke in the era of Keurig. No sound system. No aluminum foil or any basics kitchen stuff. And, you know, they had a few rolls of disintegrating cheap toilet paper and tiny soap. We bought stuff and either donated when we left or shipped home. Mattresses need to be turned or replaced because my husband and I fought for middle to stay out of sunken areas. My daughter said the same about her bed. The place looks really nice, but quality was negligible. We are fortunate that we could purchase everything we needed.

The condo was very clean and nice. We were lead to think it was on the beach.

Wasn’t fair that we went to beach club which was on backside of property and was told we wasn’t aloud in because we weren’t long time renters had to be a thirty day renter.
