Terrible service, dirty rooms, broken elevators, long waits, no comforters, leaking toilet, MOTEL!
Hi, I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay there with my husband, 2 children, my elderly father and mother in law and sister in law. We have stayed at the residence prior and figured it would be a pleasant stay so we booked 2 rooms for 7 days! To begin, 2 of the 4 elevators were not working. This led to plenty of fights and overwhelming wait times to get back to our room or out of our room to the lobby. Apparently this is nothing new because the workers said it has been going on for over 2 years. This is not fun at all when you have two little kids and one that became sick vomiting with a fever and pink eye in addition to this, my father-in-law has many heart conditions, including atrial fibrillation, which made him feel overwhelmingly, anxious and triggered him into an episode. In addition to this, my sister-in-law has cancer and was experiencing side effects where she had to run to the bathroom, but of course the elevator took at least 20 minutes. Now to get into our room, it looked as if it was a motel, not a hotel. Our king bed was like sleeping on a pullout couch. It was extremely squeaky and the pullout couch was very dirty where my children slept. So I took it upon myself to ask for new sheets, but apparently all of this has to be registered through a computer and the computers were down. I asked for two comforters since the first night we stayed and never received them. There was dust everywhere as if it was abandoned. Horrific experience NEVER AGAIN!!!!
