Hotel Fees (Paid Directly to Resort):

Host was very nice and communicative, we were able to check in at 2PM, which I appreciate. The deadbolt on the door needs some attention, and maybe some extra bathroom supplies…but all in all very nice.

Stay was nice

The room was clean, the view was amazing, our only complaints were the shower water comes out like liquid Lava. No matter which way you turn it it doesnt ever get below almost burned. The sliding glass door is very stiff to get open. And the fridge is very loud running during the night. Overall would recommend though. Location was nice!

Beautiful, Luxurious, Prettiest Property on the Boadwalk

Follow directions to unit exactly since rental tower and valet is a different location that main bldg. Everything stated in VRBO descriprition is as described including room, view of ocean, amenities, daily spa passes (get a new wristband daily at the spa), free valet parking (must use valet and can come and go unlimited times thru valet). Room has plenty of towels, shampoo, body wash, cond, paper towels, silverware, plates, coffee cups, bowls, wine glasses, glasses, cutting board, toaster, wine opener, 4 keurig pods. Ice is free and unlimited thru room service only. We rented bikes on property for 12/hr thru app and rode to South Beach on the continuous boardwalk. Ours was the most beautiful property we passed all the way there. Highly recommend. You really need 2 hrs. You access the beach thru multiple gates across property. Beach EXTREMELY close as you can see from pic. Lobby of main bldg is gorgeous...our tower is lackluster compared. Frank Sinatra frequented this famous hotel and there are multiple tributes to him including bowtie shaped floor tiles, long hall way of Sinatra pics, Sinatra lounge etc. We will stay again.

Great waterfront unit.

Amazing unit with beautiful waterfront views of the beach. Would definitely rent again. Nice owner great communication and very responsive.

good location , good communication

Positives:- communication with the owner is excellent, we were able to check in a couple hours earlier, also to check out a couple hours later without additional charges;- the view from the balcony is lovely, the best side of the all buildings from this property.- convient location for Miami (bus/collinsexpress, supermarkt 500m)-great access to the beach, 2 sunbett including;- good comfortable bathroom, with intelligent thought about lighting and wc.-comfortable bets;- the mini kitchen is ok, but not well equipped...you schuld not expect that it is apartment with kitchen. It is property where not possible to cook. For people who doesn't need it. Self hotel offers many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.Minus: - very used furniture in the room, not clean, one handle of drawer was broken. - the furniture on the balcony is very simple and dirty;- the carpet, especially where the closet and bet are, is dusty. Wenn every next visitor pay 155Dollar for room cleaning, it would except good job for this price...-There was no kettle. there was a small capsule coffee machine. But drinking the tea or getting warm water was impossible. Cleanliness in the bathroom was good.I hope I help somebody to get the right impression.

Beautiful view!

The view from the balcony was absolutely spectacular! The sun literally rose right in front of our unit. The beaches weren’t crowded and the chairs came with the rental! We would definitely stay here again!!
