Beautiful and spacious condo with the best view of Simpson Bay beach on the wrap around balcony. Every detail was considered and our host was very responsive and helpful. It was a dream spot for our family to spend Christmas.

Gorgeous condo on beautiful Simpson Bay Beach! My husband, our three daughters (21, 20, 18) and I stayed for four nights and loved everything about the condo… our own designated parking spot, plenty of towels, beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer… just to name a few things. The views were amazing, Deniz was helpful and communicative, and we felt very much at home there. We would definitely return again!

Luxurious and Relaxing

Beautiful property with plenty of room for four adults and one child. All amenities exactly as described. We love the convenience of being right on the beach in Simpson Bay. Would definitely stay again!

A wonderful, modern and clean condo, right on the beach, with an infinity pool and lounge chairs, Very quiet and spacious, it has everything you’ll need for a memorable stay in the Dutch side.

Wonderful place to stay

Girls Trip

We came to St Maarten for a Festival. This property did not disappoint. We absolutely loved being slightly off the beaten trail but close enough to the night life. The property is exactly as advertised. The owner Deniz, was prompt to handle any questions or concerns. She was a joy.The view is spectacular from the balcony and the master bedroom.It’s equipped with all essentials and more.Myself and my girlfriends felt right at home.

Excellent location

Relaxing getaway

Denize was a great host and very responsive. It was just my wife and I staying there for the week and it was bigger than we needed but was very comfortable, clean and is well stocked. We loved the view, the pool and the beach that is just steps away. The unit was very comfortable and would stay there again without hesitation if we go back to the island.

Perfection in Paradise

We couldn't have been more pleased with this condo! Perfect location, beachfront and BEAUTIFUL! The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We ate most meals in the condo and did not lack for any supplies. Can't wait to return to this little slice of heaven!

Perfect beachfront condo in Simpson Bay

Condo was very spacious, clean and well-equipped with everything needed for our family of six. Beautiful views of Simpson Bay and, on a clear day, Saba! Located in a well-maintained, gated community that felt very safe and within walking distance to a few favorite spots (Mary’s Boon, Karakters). Host was communicative, responsive and accommodating of our requests. Looking forward to returning ourselves and/or recommending to family and friends!

Outstanding accommodations

Deniz's 3 bedroom condo is just wonderful. We had 3 adult couples that really enjoyed the privacy of the bedrooms their own bathrooms and showers. Deniz was very attentive to all of our questions and needs. This is one of the finest complexes on Simpson Bay. The pool , which we used daily was perfect. We were also able to walk to Mary's Boon. Each closet had 2 beach chairs for use on the beach. This is just a wonderful place that we really enjoyed.

Great accommodation!

What an amazing unit and an even better stay. Upon arriving to the unit, it’s conveniently located close to the airport. The unit is inviting, upgraded and spacious for six guests. Each room has an in suite bathroom, accompanied by a half bathroom by the entrance. The kitchen is spacious and the outdoor patio is great for entertaining. The wrap around balcony was breathtaking. Access to an in unit laundry and housekeeping service was an amazing touch. The property is beautiful, the pool was perfectly sized and beachfront. Thank you for such an amazing accommodation. I can’t wait to return!

Superb Holiday Home, Incredible Location, Fantastic Host

Located on the best stretch of beach on Simpson Bay, with direct bay views, yet safely elevated with its containment wall fitted with infinity pool, with total privacy from any beach traffic (there was NONE in June, by the way: great time to go). Functional, comfortable and beautifully appointed modern apartment. Slept 6 of us, all adults, with no crowding at all: it felt even bigger than advertised. The building is impeccably maintained. Deniz is a very responsive and highly organized host. She deserves highest praises for making this VRBO feel like a real home. This place will satisfy the most demanding of guests.

Simpson Bay Paradise

The 3 BR/4 Bath condo was perfection. The complex was private with codes gates for parking as well as entry and exit to the beach. Wonderful location down from two beachfront restaurants. We had so much high end space in this fully appointed condo - we wanted for nothing. The VIEWS were incredible with 7 pm (Midnight Amsterdam time) fires viewable from our wrap-around balcony. We did not want to leave. Deniz was very responsive and wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

My family absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo. The pictures and words can not fully describe how amazing this place is. To start things off, communication with the owner is easy, with her responding very quickly and addressing all your inquiries. Upon arrival, we found the open floor plan very spacious for our party of six. The living room balcony that faces the waterfront is breathtaking. Each bedroom has a king size bed, and the master bedroom doors open onto a balcony that wraps around to the front. We kept the bedroom doors open at night, falling asleep to the peaceful sounds of waves. The condo is close to the airport, and very secure with a locking gate and private parking space. We found a small market within a 5 minute walk that was nice if we needed anything. All the establishments in Simpson Bay are within walking distance and the area is very safe. We had one minor issue that required maintenance, and the owner was very quick to respond and have the issue fixed. For anyone looking to stay on the friendliest island in the Caribbean, I highly recommend staying at this location !!!

The BEST Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in St Maarten and this Condo was right on the beach at Simpson Bay. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms which is a plus with adult children. The ocean view is so beautiful and we were able to keep the doors open during the day to enjoy the ocean breeze & hear the waves crashing. At night we shut the remote control hurricane shutters and slept great. The condo is equipped with everything you need including beach chairs. Deniz was available when needs arose. Please be aware that the rules of the condo association are strictly enforced. Residents were very nice but some of the rules were kind of ridiculous "don't move the chaise lounges by the pool" sorry, but we needed some shade. Our favorite days in St Maarten were boating to Anguilla with Boomerang's & another boat excursion with The Flagship Catamaran. The best entree on the island is the whole snapper. Sunset dinner at Rainbow Cafe on the French side is a must. (note the French side waiters make $17 an hour so no need to turn tables) allow 2 hours but food was great & people on the beach taking photos were entertaining.

Best Short Term Rental I have stayed in

Deniz's house at the Las Arenas is by far the best short term vacation rental I have stayed in. I have stayed in many places in 6 Caribbean Islands and this one stands out. Deniz's attention to detail is amazing. This house has just everything a traveler would need - simply just everything. very spacious house, large kitchen, all utensils and supplies and even had a Binocular for ship watching. Normally you don't get cleaning during 1 weeks stay but got that too with Deniz's house. Check in was easy, the house is in a safe neighborhood and compound. Views were beautiful and the backyard beach was nice and not crowded at all. Lot of restaurants nearby. The house is actually lot bigger and nicer than what the pics suggest. If I have to pick one not so great things, it would be the parking space size. It is not Deniz's fault but the building provides one spot per house and it fitting a full size SUV is a task in itself. Deniz was very nice, responded well and even accommodated late checkout. I would stay here again when visiting SXM and would recommend this to anyone who is looking in a heartbeat.

Home away from home

Hands down this was the best condo rental and experience my group has encountered. The unit was spotless, well equipped , spacious and secure. The Views were spectacular. Enjoyed the beach and pool options. The host was very responsive. A housekeeper cames 2 times a week . She was lovely and took very good care of us. A 10 out of 10.
