Excellente organisation

très bonne semaine dans un logement très proche de la plage et dans un environnement très agréable et où on se sent en sécurité totale.Nous avons également apprécié la proximité d'une petite zone commerciale.Et pour finir, un grand merci à la responsable Aurélie pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité

Loved the location, easy access to village & beach parking was handy The place was clean & had everything we needed Unable to meet up with Aurelie, a list of instructions (ie garbage/recycle disposal, location of safe) would have been helpful Very easy to contact Aurelie with any questions, prompt response to any issues The freezer could have been defrosted Overall - great place, would rent again (if available)

Great stay at Orient.

This property is great. We stayed here a month. Fabulous location, spacious living room with everything you need in the kitchen to cook if you want to. Two large showers in both the bedrooms with one toilet room off the living room. The manager was there to meet us at arrival & got back to us quickly when we had any questions. Quick walk to the beach through the gate on the property and a few minutes walk to the square. We would definitely stay there again.

St Martin Holiday

The apartment is very well located (close to the beach and restaurants), very clean, and has excellent amenities. We particularly appreciated that beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. We were there with our two children (aged 8 and 10). We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

French St Martin

Host and location were great. Unit needs a woman's touch. Very poor bath linens - no washcloths, towels need upgrade. Only 1 TV and that was French with very limited channels. Advertised with 2 bathrooms, One had a toilet and sink, the other a shower and sink. Place would be fine for a young French couple but not for older, English speaking adults. We left after 1 night so we lost most of what we paid.My wife didn't want to spend another night. We are not used to luxury, just normal comforts that we have found on the Dutch side.

Great spot

This was a great property for our stay in Saint Martin. The condo was spotless and the beds were comfortable. It is close to everything you would want to see on the French side, no more than 20 minutes by car. Restaurants are within walking distance and very good. I would definitely stay here again if we were to return to the island

Yes, this is the second time we have stayed at this property. Not fancy, but functional. We love the first floor location with Famous Orient beach across the road. The property has locked gate access to beach, so day visitors can’t come onto the property. The 8 restaurants at Orient Village are a short walk away. Great French food and a bottle of wine—then stroll back to bed. Owner called us day of check in to make sure everything was good. With Bakery and grocery store close we are considering not even renting car next time.

Great location

This is a nice first floor property close to beach, village and shops. Our host was always available when we called or emailed. Full kitchen, but limited pantry items. We will return.

Amazing 2 weeks in Orient Bay, St Martin

We had the most wonderful vacation! Beautiful apartment with all the amenities.. Very modern and clean, exactly as advertised!! Located just steps away from the Village, pool, beach, lots of beach bars, grocery stores, shops and plenty of restaurants. Mathieu and his wife are the best hosts.. so welcoming, friendly, helpful, & always just a text away! But most of all, went above and beyond with providing us with some last minutes items we didn’t have! We highly recommend staying in this apartment! Thanks for helping us make lasting memories ... Looking forward to our next visit ♥️SXM

Situation parfaite

Location récente, très propre, emplacement idéal, avec 2 belles piscines et un accès direct à la plage. Commerces a proximité . Residence très bien entretenue.

Orient Beach unit

Location of unit was great. Near the orient beaches , the village of orient bay with the shops and great restaurants. Unit was clean and modern . One issue was it was billed as having two bathrooms. Actually there were two showers - one for each bedroom but there was only on toilet room . Americans see two baths advertised we think shower/tub and toilet for each room and then we find one toilet instead of two. The toilet room was clean and had sink in it. All worked out. Would recommend it to others but tell them each bedroom has shower and sink and one community toilet . Just so people know this .

Great stay for all ages!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. It was very close to everything we needed. The people were very friendly. It was very clean. We had two young boys with us and they enjoyed everything as well.

Beautiful Caribbean getaway

We loved our stay in Orient Bay. The flat was perfect for our family, close to the beach, pool, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Just as described. Mathieu is very responsive. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Great 8 Days

An excellent 8 days was spent in Orient Bay and we are thankful for Mathieu to welcome us and kindly show us and help us settle in to his apartment. The location was very close to everything that we needed. The apartment was A+ and we look forward to coming back in the near future.
