Very nice, clean condo. Close to excellent restaurants, beach was beautiful, you could sit at pool and look out at ocean. Had a wonderful sauna also. Would recommend highly!

Overall it was wonderful. There were a few frustrating moments due to office doors being locked and not being able to talk to someone. But everything was handled and we had a great stay.

Many resorts and condo buildings are in the process of transitioning to property-wide Wi-Fi with streaming-enabled televisions rather than traditional cable, which allows guests to sign into their own streaming services and watch their preferred content. While this setup offers more flexibility, we recognize it can be an adjustment for some guests. Nothing really bad to say. Everything was as expected. Pull out couch could use updating. Maybe little sturdier pull out. comfortable. Great location not in party scene but close enough to everything. Was clean but could use a spring cleaning maybe only thing to say. Had great time and I recommend.

Wonderful views; great stay

I absolutely loved the views from this property. Two sided large balcony furthered the beauty. Nice furnishings add to the beach charm. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We kept all our beach things in the perfect sized laundry room. Pin pad access was nice because I didn't have to worry about the keys the entire stay. Also, the provided carts make loading/unloading car super easy. Beach access is quick and easy (just an elevator ride and short walk with a few stairs). Required parking passes are not included in rental and cost an additional $25. I would definitely stay here again.

Great View

The wrap around deck and the two additional windows make the condo bright and gives it wonderful views in all directions. Unfortunately, the condo continues to be furnished with old, stained appliances and furniture. The couch, chairs and rug have soaked up a musty smell.

The HOA for this property permits only two key fobs per condo, which is outside of our control, but we confirmed in our pre-arrival photos that the two promised key fobs and parking passes were left in the condo for your use. Prior to your arrival, the condo was thoroughly cleaned as documented in our inspection photos. Once you reached out to our reservations team, we immediately relayed your concerns to our property care team, who addressed the reported issues the following day—including delivering additional sheets and installing a new water line for the ice maker to restore its function. We strive to provide clear, accurate information so our guests know what to expect and can enjoy their time in Gulf Shores. While we regret these challenges impacted your stay, we hope you were still able to enjoy the beach, the sunshine, and everything this area has to offer. We’d love the chance to welcome you back for a smoother experience next time!

Summer Vacation

Amazing views, perfect location but condo needed updates. Furniture was nasty and smelly-needs to be replaced or cleaned. Screen to sliding door in living room is broken and dusty- looked like it had been there for a while. Kitchen chairs were filthy and I couldn’t let my kids sit on without towels. We covered furniture with sheets for the week we stayed. For the cost of the condo we expected better.
