Great House for a Group

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Going Costal was an amazing house for our trip. We had the chance to meet the owners who couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. The house is equipped with everything we needed. The majority of the mattresses were uncomfortable, but we recognize that can happen with a highly utilized rental. The location is perfect, as is the pool area.

We were in town for a short stay and encountered some rain, but the house was awesome, it felt so homelike and loved by the owners who actually stopped by and brought us a home baked cake!!! I have never encountered that degree of caring not only for their home but for those staying there! It was amazing

Summer vacation

We rented this place because of the private pool. What we got was a wonderful home. Spacious and well setup, clean and super quiet. You are only 2 blocks from ocean, which is an easy walk. Kitchen is all setup nice and huge so it makes it easy to cook. Living room is huge also, with the room that is here you can relax with ease. The bedrooms are super nice and roomy with nice bathrooms. The balconies give you nice views and are relaxing. The pool is perfect had troubling getting kids out of it that is how nice it was for us. We will rent here again. Thanks for letting us rent here.

Good

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying with Garden City Realty for probably 20 years or more. The gate to the pool was broken when we got there. The price for next year went up over 20% which is just ridiculous and when I asked about it the girl said she didn't do the pricing but didn't get me anyone who could help me. The house needs basic upkeep like painting, etc.

Amazing vacation rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Going Coastal is a very nice vacation rental. It is very family friendly and feels like home away from home. Close to everything on the South end and a short walk from the beach. For those traveling with little ones the pool is perfect for those that like to get in the water and for parents that don't have to worry about others children being crazy around the pool because the parents are not paying attention. You also could cook every meal in house because it is not your typical rental home kitchen and supplies. This was our 4th trip over the last 7 years and it just gets better.
