Relax on the private deck overlooking the private pool (heat optional, seasonally). Enhance your stay with our on-site golf cart rental! With TVs in every room, fast WIFI, and proximity to golf and dining, your vacation at the Family Beach awaits.

Host communicated well and quickly. House had more useful items in kitchen than we expected. Beds are mostly comfortable and firm. Living room furniture not as comfortable as we would have liked. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Would recommend this stay!

This house is a great size and layout for a large group vacation - the pool was a lifesaver on really hot days with little kids. Unfortunately there were a few issues- the house was dirty when we arrived;floors needed to be vacuumed, when we wiped the kitchen counters the towels were brown, both couches had filthy covers on them that we immediately washed, and just over all dirty walls/flooring etc. there is a lot of potential but very little up keep. On two occasions the air conditioning on the second level went out, the first time it came back in a few hours but the second time they had to send someone out 6-7 hours later to fix it- we were told to use the portable unit in the meantime which didn’t cool any of the bedrooms. Overall, we were disappointed in the quality/cleanliness of the home- we would not rent again.

First thing we noticed was that the home was more worn than the pictures show. Furniture inside the house is dated Couch cushions are worn thin and barely offer any support. Front door would not latch shut; it needed to be locked too securely close Fencing around the yard/pool needs painting and slats are loose. Walls inside need fresh paint.Under the home and around the pool area required upkeep. I swept up old leaves that had been there for some time Pulled weeds that were growing onto the pool patio The front yard, under the home, and around the pool need to be cut, edged and trimmed Shells (not decorative) were strewn throughout the yard, broken, sharp and dangerous Worn toys and floats were just piled against the house.What upset me the most was; On our first ride with the golf cart (a day after we arrived) my family and I were left stranded about a mile from the house, apparently the cart wasn’t fully charged. The wooden decks are loose and have both nail and screw heads sticking above the wood. Due to this my grandson’s foot was cut and bled which is very traumatizing to an 8-year-old. Finding cockroaches both dead and alive daily.

Had we been notified of any of these items during your 7-day stay, we would have immediately sent someone out to address them right away—whether that meant fixing deck screws, providing follow-up pest control service, or assisting with the golf cart. We write in our check-in instructions to reach out immediately with any issues. We cannot correct issues if we are not told.

Spring Break

Loved the location. Within walking distance to restaurants, pier and beach. Quiet neighborhood. Heated pool was perfect for enjoying the evenings. Check in and out was simple and communication with owner was great.

Great spring golf stay

This is a great property and location. The house is terrific with local restaurants just a short walk away. If you want to venture out it's centrally located between Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet, making it a great spot for a golf trip. The house was as described and clean, and the owners were extremely responsive to any questions we had.

Needs paint & some maintenance. Greeted by ants (minor). Burned out lights not replaced. Said they had to go find bulb. Never came back.

Lee, if Beach Realty gave you that response (we definitely did not) you should have told us. You said light in microwave was out & we were told it was replaced. We ask you reach out to us with any issues, if you were not satisfied with Beach Realty you should have told us. How else would we be able to resolve issues? Thanks for staying!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the easy access to the beach-it made our trip so relaxing and convenient. Being able to walk right to the beach was a huge plus. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
