Beautiful spot!

The house was absolutely amazing- even better than the pictures! It was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities to host a large gathering (everyone raved about the kitchen)! The two decks had plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors and admire the beautiful view. Will definitely book again!

The house was even more beautiful than advertised and the owner made everything so seamless. The owner even provided a contact for a private chef that took our stay to the next level. 10 for 10 would recommend.

Fantastic property for our group with great location to Newport!

Our group of 16 had the perfect stay at Nick's property! The house was clean, updated, had plenty of space for our group, was located in a great neighborhood, and had everything we needed. Perfect location close to downtown Newport but in a quiet neighborhood. Nick was so helpful and responsive throughout the process. I've already recommended his place to three other people!

Fantastic family getaway home

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful property. 8 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and an outdoor shower. We loved the layout and all the amenities. This lovely home has plenty of space for guests to spread out and come together for meals, games and fireside chats. Please note, there is no hot tub.

Perfect Wedding Weekend Stay

My now husband and I stayed her with our wedding party and it was absolutely perfect! The three decks and the middle floor common area are so spacious and perfect for having people over for a small rehearsal dinner! The entire place was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need and the check-in/check out processes is so simple. Highly recommend staying here!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Nice House for a Large Family

Nice house for our large family, only drawback is that it is advertised as 4/10 mile to the beach, closer to 6/10 by the time you’re actually on the beach. I got a season pass, not expensive, and it was an easy shuttle to haul stuff to the beach. Everything we needed was at house,

Amazing stay!

The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean and easy to check in. Could not have asked for anything better for my friends and I who were visiting for a wedding in the area! We especially loved hanging out on the top outside deck which is above the other houses in the area and provides a beautiful view of the area. 5 stars and definitely would stay again!

Beautiful home in Narragansett!

We recently stayed at this property for our annual family vacation. We had 14 people and this home was as described and shown and perfect for large families. We spent a lot of time on the decks watching sunsets and having dinner. Great location with lots of restaurant and beach choices close by! House has everything you need! Highly recommend this property!

My name is Nick and I manage the properties for our family. My father built this property which is the newest addition to our portfolio. We have two other 6 bedroom properties across from Scarborough Beach also in Narragansett. We currently live in the neighboring town of South Kingstown only 15 minutes away so if our guests need anything during their stay, we are a short drive away. I will actually be building a new home for myself in the neighborhood only two streets away from this property which should be completed by summer 2020. We love the community of Narragansett and really enjoy being able to share our love for the town with our guests! Please feel free to call, text, or email me with any questions you may have!

My father and I custom built this house for the sole purpose of renting it to large families/groups. Every detail of the house was designed to best suit a rental instead of a longterm family home i.e. no master bedroom, parking for 14+ cars, a second living room for kids, two tub showers for kids, two custom showers for adults, all bathrooms in hallways for easy access from all bedrooms, etc.
