Great vacation condo!

Our family of 5, consisting of 3 teenagers, had an amazing stay at this condo! The view was spectacular, looking right onto the Gulf. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the entire place was very clean. Having a washer and dryer for our personal use came in very handy! We enjoyed the beach accessories that were stocked in our place. We used them every day! We had 2 parking passes. The location was our favorite part. We had direct beach access, we were within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and Orange Beach was just a short drive away offering even more gorgeous beaches, great restaurants and shops! The only downside was that the pool was closed due to maintenance the entire week we were there. However, there was plenty to do, so we didn't even miss it. We highly recommend this unit and will definitely book again if we make it back to Gulf Shores!

Spring Break

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay. It had everything we needed. The condo was very clean and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee. The pool and hot tub area were easy to get to and clean as well. The communication with the host/property manager was amazing from the time we booked until the time we checked out. Would highly recommend. We would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful winter break

We stayed for three weeks and it was great! The weather didn’t always cooperate but that’s life. This is our fourth stay in the Gulf Shores area. Watching dolphins and our beautiful Loons in a different surroundings was great! A great break from our Minnesota winters!!

Winter get-a-way

The location is great and building is well maintained. The condo was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the condo to others. The only complaint is the living room sofa, it was very very comfortable and had no support. It needs replacing.

GREAT SNOWY GETAWAY

We were really pleased with the condo. It was a great place to relax while Gulf Shores experienced a historic weather event (9” of snow on the beaches). It was clean and very comfortable. Our only negative experience was the pool that we were hoping to use was closed for maintenance the full time we were there. Others we talked to said it was closed almost the whole month of January with no one working on it.

Girl’s Trip

My 84 year old mother, 30 year old daughter and I enjoyed a girl’s getaway to Gulf Shores. The condo was as advertised. Very clean, great location, wonderful views overlooking the ocean. The owners/management company were in constant contact with us as Hurricane Helene was scheduled to hit Florida. Luckily it did not impact us . I appreciated the communication about both checking in and out. We decided to rent chairs/umbrella on the beach as the ones provided in the condo were not very comfortable. Spend the extra money and rent the chairs on the beach. Well worth it. Also, if you plan on eating in and anticipate having leftovers bring something to store them in. No food storage containers are provided. We did have everything else we needed in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

Condo was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Needs new mattresses. One elevator was out of order the morning we checked out, so that left only one working which was a nightmare for everyone.

We loved that a beach cart and beach toys, crab nets were already there. It was equipped with an umbrella and chairs. Our view from the 9th floor was great. I really wished there was a bigger pool for adults. The children’s pool was perfect.

Gulf shores getaway

The check in was super easy! Condo was very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean! Only issues were no pull out couch only a twin roll away bed, the pool was dirty and the ice maker didn’t work on the fridge. We enjoyed our stay! Loved the location!

Not The building with the address on it!

Well if you are arriving for the first time you will first notice the small building with big numbers showing the proper building number, 401 for this listing. THAT IS NOT THE BUILDING FOR THIS LISTING! Yea, I know you have been traveling all day and you've finally figured out where the elevator is and dragged all your luggage there, only to find out that the building with NO NUMBERS is actually ALSO 401. This is some miracle of municipal manipulations (plural). NOT COMMUNICATED UNTIL YOU CALL. NOT IN THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHECKING IN. But loads of fun at the end of a long travel day. How the fire, police, post office, city regulations let this happen is perplexing until you remember that big money magically solves many problems.

Fantastic property!!

2 families (group of 7, with children from 2 to 16) came for spring break. AMAZING location, clean, well kept property. Easy to find, ample parking, great amenities! The pool is heated, but wasn't as warm as we had anticipated, but that was the only fault we could find. Would recommend and would book again!

Definitely would stay again.

Everything was wonderful. Location / beach access / security We only had a couple of issues. The third bedroom had no closet storage and no fan. The patio door in the living room was so hard to slide we had to use the bedroom door when we wanted to access the patio. Thank you.
